We had come on an early flight with hopes of seeing the city, however due to a knee injury we were unable to. We approached Aida about an early check in. She was very accommodating and very sympathetic about the knee issue. She went out of her way to help us. The room was great and we were able to rest the knee until we had to go out. Given the excellent experience we will definitely stay again on our next trip.

Les employés sont toujours disponibles et très gentils. Bilinguisme irréprochable. L'entretien des espaces communs pourrait être plus fréquents et des indications sur les services du quadrilatère seraient des pistes d'améliorations intéressantes. Ça reste des détails, c'est un très chouette hôtel dont l'emplacement est imbattable.
