  We stayed last weekend at Holiday Inn & Suites Montréal Centre-Ville Ouest and absolutely loved it! The room was big, spacious, and very clean. Underground parking is $36.50 overnight and clearly indicated when booking,no surprises. We didn’t even use our car because everything is within walking distance. The Bell Centre was only a 5-minute walk for our show. perfect location! Tons of restaurants and shops nearby too. There’s also a pool, gym, spa, and sauna, which was a great bonus. And the bed? SO unbelievably comfortable. Slept amazing. Would definitely stay here again! 😄

  The front desk team are really friendly, welcoming, supportive and professional. The hotel location is perfect (downtown). The rooms are spacious and the furniture is in very good condition. However, the only downside of this hotel is the cleanliness. The room was clean, but not to the standard one would expect. There was dirt buildup in the corners of the washbasin and the shower area. This suggests that the housekeeping staff and supervisors may not be paying sufficient attention to cleanliness details.

  Perfect location downtown Montréal within walking distance of the majority of major corporate offices, hip restaurants & bars. Recommend Budget transportation to this hotel with the public #747 bus from Montreal’s International Pierre Elliot Trudeau (YUL) is a 25-45 minute trip costs ~CAD $12 & the bus stop “Bishops” is right in front of the hotel & the return bus is directly across the street. Cheaper & sometimes faster than a taxi / car ride service as the bus has dedicated transit lanes, especially out of the airport. I had a standard, very clean king bedroom that was spacious included a mini fridge (no mini bar though), Kuerig coffee maker, choice of free high speed WiFi or plug in Ethernet, business desk, digital safe, large bathroom with walk in shower. The room had Eastern views of the city & the St. Lawrence seaway. The indoor pool was unfortunately closed for servicing & is on the 15th floor. Didn’t make It to the gym also on the 15th floor. The front desk was polite & helpful. Didn’t try the restaurant or eat breakfast.

  This is probability one of the nicest holiday inns I've stayed at or even hotels in general, I've been to quite a few. Overall the hotel and the room was very clean. All the staff i spoke to were nice as well. Considering the location of this hotel, the price was very good too, so I cant complain about no breakfast inclusion here. I didn't try the restaurant in the lobby, generally I'm not a fan of hotel restaurants, but there are a lot of options in walking distance. The pool was out under construction while I was here for a week so didn't get to try it but the gym is beside it and was decently equipped. Parking is extra, for underground.

  Déception sur le service client, malgré de bonnes infrastructures J’ai séjourné une semaine complète dans cet hôtel, comme je l’ai déjà fait à plusieurs reprises par le passé, toujours pour des séjours d’au moins une semaine. Les chambres et les infrastructures restent correctes, et c’est précisément pour cela que je suis très déçu par mon expérience au départ. Ayant un vol à 20h, j’ai simplement demandé la possibilité d’un late check-out, en précisant que j’étais ouvert à payer si nécessaire. La réponse de la réception a été un refus sec, immédiat, sans la moindre alternative, sans vérification, sans proposition payante, sans même me demander si j’étais client fidèle ou membre du programme. Ce manque total de considération est surprenant pour un hôtel de cette catégorie, surtout envers un client régulier qui séjourne longuement. Ce n’est pas tant le refus qui dérange, mais l’absence totale de sens du service et de relation client. Dommage, car j’appréciais cet établissement et comptais y revenir. Cette expérience me fait clairement reconsidérer mes prochains séjours à Montréal. J’espère sincèrement que la direction prendra ce retour en compte pour améliorer l’accueil et la flexibilité du personnel à la réception.
