J’avais réservé une nuit la veille du vol pour être proche de l’aéroport étant donné que le vol est très tôt le matin et je demeure loin de l’aéroport. Par conséquent, ma réservation d’hôtel n’est plus pertinente. J’ai demandé à l’hôtel d’avoir un remboursement total ou partiel ou encore, reporter ma réservation à une autre journée, ou proposer toute autre solution. Malheureusement, l’hôtel n’a pas voulu offrir aucune solution. Je trouve que c’est désolant pour une grande chaîne d’hôtellerie de ne pas pouvoir proposer une solution aux clients dans des cas exceptionnels.

I do understand the policies but to be interrupted abruptly by the front desk representative & his disrespect while I was trying to gather more information was uncalled for.

Bring earplugs. The room we had was not carpeted, but had flooring which is more hygienic but in the winter make sure you take your boots off at the door of the room.

The hotel will not accomodate the 3rd car even when I offered to pay an extra fee. VERY disapointed. They were kind enough to suggest I get a third room at 400$ plus dollars. Not very helpful. I haven't stayed here yet, so I can't tell you what the hotel is actually like, so only service and location have stars.
