We originally planned to stay for three nights but ended up extending our trip by two more. Pierre was phenomenal in helping us with the extension; his hospitality, charisma, and genuine warmth were truly a breath of fresh air.
We’ve stayed at many places, but this location has been the best by far. If you stay here and have the chance to meet Pierre, let him know how amazing he is. He made our entire experience unforgettable.
Highly recommend!

One of the worst experiences and hotels I have ever had a chance to stay. The staff are all disgruntled so they take it out on their visitors. Also nevermind that they all seem confused. I can go on which include broken printers, bathroom fans, a labyrinth of stairs, and awful breakfast. The only thing it has going for it is the location and the koi fish which you need daze at to calm your frustrations. Try another stay closer but I would not go back to this place.

Terrible experience with a hockey tournament. Happy to take 1000s of dollars for 16 families to stay here but won’t allow parents to drink their own alcohol discretely in mugs in a separately booked party room in the basement not causing any problems? Security literally roaming halls, barging into rooms, it felt more like a prison. Definitely didn’t feel like guests. I get that hockey tournaments have a bad reputation for bad behaviour but how about you don’t treat people like criminals until they actually do something bad.
