Quel déception, je téléphone pour avoir de l'information sur une réservation future, la réceptionniste me parle en anglais donc je demande à avoir une personne qui parle en français. Elle me répond que non et qu'elle ne parle qu'en anglais. À ce moment je lui parle en anglais et suite à une de mes questions elle me mets en attente. Et voilà la ligne se coupe. Très déçu et soyez certain que ma réservation ne sera pas dans votre établissement.
