Booked my room through a 3-party provider and I knew that I would not receive Hilton Honors rewards for the booking, but I was told on site that any charges to the room (room upgrades and food/drink charges) will be eligible for rewards. However, I did not see any points after I checked out and after being on hold with Hilton's Customer Service for an hour, I was told I was "misinformed". Ridiculous.

We stayed at this Hilton November 5-9. We are a family of four, traveling with our daughter who is disabled. I cannot say enough about the staff who went above and beyond to assist us during our stay.
We drove in from New Jersey and my car died two levels down in the underground parking garage. I was in a panic. Nicolas and Edgar at the front desk assisted me in finding a tow truck driver to pull my car out of the garage. Once the driver arrived, Edgar came down and stayed with us, assisting the driver in getting our car out which was not easy. I had my daughter with me while all this was going on so the extra help was really appreciated.
On the day we left, we had trouble getting our enormous rental car out of the parking garage and Edgar appeared again to assist us. Additionally, every maintenance worker and member of the cleaning crew we encountered was so kind and helpful.
The staff is superb, but the location is also fantastic. We walked to Mount Royal Park, the fine arts museum, Old Town Montreal, and many restaurants. My kids loved the pool. We are so grateful to the staff and will stay here again when we visit Montreal in the future.

Stayed here for one night on short notice recently and have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. Some of the amenities could be updated; however, the service was top-notch. I regrettably didn’t get his name, but the gentleman working the front desk (he had glasses and a small neck tattoo from memory) was so incredibly kind and thorough, he set our stay off on a perfect note. Additionally, parking was included in our rate and the hotel was within walking distance from the lovely saint Laurent boulevard. Highly recommend!

The room was overall fine, but they had forgotten to put hand soap in the washroom.
My partner and I had purchased a bottle of wine to drink in our room, but the front desk staff said that they could not provide us with anything to open the bottle until the bar opened. Usually having cheap bottle openers to provide to guests during their stay is expected for a four star hotel.
If you don’t need in and out privileges, I’d recommend parking at the Lotto Quebec parking lot one block away which has a flat rate of $17 (per 24 hours) on weekends as opposed to the hotel’s $30 parking.
The front desk staff also recommended I practice my French, which seemed like an unnecessary comment because we were staying in Montreal for only one night… My level of French is fine to order at restaurants or ask for directions, but I did not feel confident enough to do the entire check-in process in French, which is why I stuck to English.
