This is the 2nd year we've stayed at the Hilton Garde Inn in downtown Montreal. First time was in October 2023 for a reunion and then, more recently for the Jazz Festival in the summer of 2025. This location is perfectly situated and makes it easy to explore the city on foot. It's also very reasonably priced, even during the Jazz festival. Lastly, we used their gym every day, which was pretty well-equipped, as far as hotel gyms go. If you need something clean, inexpensive, and centrally located in Montreal, I'd suggest staying here.

it was the worst experience because they had no body wash after them not picking up my room service whatever I went down three times they said they’re on their way on the third time when I went down they said they ran out of body wash. Can you believe it? They ran out of body wash and then they also do not have any dental kit. I mean, I don’t know how they even call themselves Hilton at this point. I mean if they just said they don’t have body wash I would be OK but they made me wait an hour just to tell me that they have no body wash like that’s insane. How do you not have any body wash?

Started out ok as we were able to check-in on arrival. Downhill from there when we were advised that Hilton policy is when you have one booking of multiple rooms, even with other diamond and gold members staying in rooms, you get one breakfast per room. So, had to play odds or evens to see who got the complimentary breakfasts. The management were not interested in discussion of this horribly unclear rule I have never experienced in years of dealing with the Hilton brands.
When trying to use the breakfasts we were out right ignored by servers while others had orders taken first that had arrived after we had. Fifteen minutes later we left. Zero cost to Hilton now.
In other cost saving measures, we were advised gym was located in a different location, but not advised the hot tub was not functioning as a hot tub should. Hot tub is a big plus for family and added insult, first person showering found no shampoo and no body wash. The evening staff were good enough to provide shampoo and body lotion once notified.
Around corner from our room, not made aware to us at check-in there was some plastic hoarding for what looked to be construction, but fortunately, we were gone prior to any work we could hear.
All in all, on it's own, no single issue I would complain about, but compounded, just a sad experience that I so rarely see with the hundred plus Hilton properties I visit yearly. Definately won't be back to this property.

O hotel é bastante velho pro meu gosto.
