This hotel was completely overwhelmed. The shuttle is a catastrophe and it gets full to the point you may not be able to fit on after waiting for 45-minutes. Rude mad dash to try to get the few shuttle seats. Then the front desk gets totally overwhelmed. At 5:30 pm there was a line through the lobby and to the front door. One or two front desk attendants. No good procesure for explaining the parking situation car and conexion with radisson and hilton collaboration and airport Won’t be back.

Absolutely Disgusting, Unsanitary, and Completely Unacceptable Experience This was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, and I would strongly advise anyone to stay far away from this place. We were placed in this hotel after our airline canceled our flight to Cancun. From the moment we entered the room, it was immediately clear that basic cleaning and hygiene standards were completely ignored. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. There was urine residue on the bathroom counter, visible pubic hair on and around the toilet, and spit stains on the counter. The bathtub was stained and clearly had not been properly cleaned. The overall condition of the bathroom was unsanitary and unacceptable for any guest. What made this even worse is that we were forced to clean the bathroom ourselves because the conditions were so revolting that we couldn’t even use it. No guest should ever have to clean bodily waste from a hotel room. The bedroom was just as bad. Both nightstands were covered in thick, sticky residue and grime—running your hand over them left it feeling filthy and greasy. The counter near the TV was stained with what looked like old food or tomato-based sauce, completely dried and untouched. The sheets had multiple black spots, the carpet smelled bad and felt dirty, and the couch had suspicious bodily-fluid-like stains, which made it impossible to sit on comfortably. Because of how unsanitary and disturbing the room was, we immediately packed our bags and checked out as soon as we saw the condition of the room. We did not feel safe or comfortable staying there even for a single night. When we contacted the front desk to explain the situation, the response was shocking and disrespectful. The staff member showed zero concern for the severity of the situation. After explaining everything in detail and mentioning that we had already cleaned part of the room ourselves, we were offered one drink as “compensation,” which felt insulting and dismissive rather than helpful. Only after pushing further did they suggest sending a cleaning crew — after we had already cleaned it ourselves. That is not acceptable. A guest should never have to request basic hygiene standards, especially after encountering bodily waste. When I explained that this situation was unacceptable and that I would be leaving a review, the staff member hung up the phone on me. That level of disrespect and lack of accountability was unbelievable. Between the unsanitary room, visible bodily contamination, filthy furniture, stained bedding, smelly carpet, and complete lack of cooperation from staff, this stay was horrifying. I did not feel comfortable, safe, or respected as a guest. This hotel clearly does not follow basic cleanliness standards, and the staff’s response shows a total lack of professionalism. I would never stay here again and strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We have paid about 450'$ for a 1 night stay and one hotel night. Both way , the shuttle was unavailable, so we paid about 60$ in taxi to go to the airport, both ways. The shuttle driver was sleeping in the lobby we had to pay for a taxi. Also, they ask us to park our car to their "sister" property....waist of time. Save yourself problems and book somewhere else ...for 500$ you can get service
