Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were spotless and expansive. Only issue was the adult establishment on the corner that has some racy ads for what may be upstairs. Best place to get CAD is the Couche Tard within walking distance of the hotel and has a fee of $3 vs other ATMs at $4.50.

We checked in on Christmas Day, and even before the formal check-in, the festive atmosphere was already beautifully set — a dessert station, hot chocolate, and warm holiday décor instantly created a wonderful sense of celebration. Compared to other Four Seasons properties in North America, this hotel is relatively new, and its location is exceptional. Downtown Montreal is entirely walkable from the hotel. The valet parking is seamless, convenient, and reasonably priced, making the entire stay effortless from arrival to departure. The service truly reflects the Four Seasons standard — thoughtful, refined, and attentive without ever being intrusive. I would especially like to thank the Asian male room service associate on duty on December 25th, who spoke Mandarin. I sincerely apologize for not catching his name, but his level of care, responsibility, and attention to detail was outstanding. He had a remarkable ability to anticipate guests’ needs while maintaining a respectful sense of privacy, which made the stay feel genuinely warm and welcoming — like being at home. A truly memorable, elegant, and heartwarming experience. I would absolutely return without hesitation. Dès notre arrivée le jour de Noël, avant même le check-in, l’ambiance festive était déjà au rendez-vous : station de desserts, chocolat chaud, décor chaleureux… tout était pensé pour faire sentir l’esprit des Fêtes. L’hôtel est relativement récent comparé à d’autres établissements Four Seasons en Amérique du Nord, et son emplacement est exceptionnel — tout le centre-ville est facilement accessible à pied. Le service de voiturier est fluide, pratique et à un prix très raisonnable, ce qui rend l’arrivée et le départ extrêmement confortables. Le service, quant à lui, est d’une élégance et d’une attention remarquables, toujours présent sans jamais être intrusif. Je tiens à exprimer une reconnaissance toute particulière au collaborateur asiatique du service des chambres, présent le 25 décembre, qui parlait mandarin. Je m’excuse de ne pas avoir retenu son nom, mais il a été exceptionnellement attentif, professionnel et bienveillant. Sa manière de comprendre les besoins des clients, avec discrétion et sincérité, a véritablement donné à ce séjour une sensation de “chez-soi”, ce qui est rare et précieux dans un hôtel de luxe. Une expérience mémorable, chaleureuse et raffinée. Je reviendrai sans hésitation.
