The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. Our studio room was upgraded to a suite during our stay. Our room was very spacious and clean with nice big windows! Breakfast was great too. The hotel’s location in the International District is ideal—quiet yet central with Old Montreal just a short walk away. As a Hilton Honors elite member, I appreciated the complimentary room upgrade during online check-in. Our King Suite was spacious, with a separate bedroom, large ensuite, living area, and kitchenette. While the décor is slightly dated, the room was spotless and well-maintained throughout our stay. The staff, especially at the restaurant, were outstanding, offering some of the best service we have experienced in Montreal. Highly recommended for both comfort and convenience.

She helped us with parking when we first arrived and allowed us to check in a little early into our room which was so wonderful since we had just come off a 4 hour drive into Montreal. She was so sweet and even upgraded our room from a queen studio to a king suite which gave us a much larger room and a view of the downtown area. Whoever reads these, please give her a raise!! We also got complimentary drink tickets for the bar happy our which we utilized both nights. The bartender was fantastic - it was super busy both times we went and we received our drinks fast. He was also kind enough to offer my boyfriend an alternative drink when the beer that he ordered ran out before the glass was full and still gave him the half full glass. Breakfast both mornings was great - the chef making the omelets and pancakes was quick and very kind as were the rest of the restaurant staff. Breads, pastries, potatoes, eggs, bacon, and sausage were out for self serve as well. The hotels location is great, very walkable to the water and main tourist streets as well as to the downtown area. Would highly recommend staying here!
