  I couldn't say enough good things about this hotel. Our family of 4 stayed for 8 days over Christmas. The room size was good and didn't feel crowded for the four of us. The pull out couch was easy to put out and put away which was appreciated. The included drinks and breakfast was a nice touch and meant we could stay cosy in the hotel when we didn't want to venture outside. There was also enough variety in the breakfast that meant we didn't get sick of it. The location was great, an easy walk or metro to everything we needed. Once you cross the road, you can get to most places inside. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, especially at breakfast and concierge. There were renovations ongoing, but it didn't impact our stay at all. We will stay here again when we're back in Montreal.

  very impressed with this hotel. I come to Montreal often for work and usually stay in different hotels for two or three nights, and this one really stands out. The room is huge even though it’s a single. It’s very comfortable and beautifully set up, with a full kitchen, a living room space, and a very spacious bathroom. I’m really enjoying staying in the room right now, it truly feels more like a small apartment than a typical hotel room. The hotel itself feels lively and welcoming. I checked in after work around 6 or 7 p.m. and it’s busy in a good way. The atmosphere is great and the reception staff are very kind and welcoming. I also just had dinner at the restaurant and the server is so sweet. Overall, I’m having a great experience and I would definitely choose to stay here again the next time I’m in Montreal for work.

  I recently stayed at the Embassy Suites by Hilton in Montreal, and unfortunately the experience was far below what I expected from a Hilton property. The room itself was a good size and the sofa bed looked brand new, but that’s where the positives ended. Cold air was coming through the cracks in the window, and when I reported it, the hotel sent a maintenance person who tried to “fix” it by nailing few screws in the wall to push and close the window gap. Unsurprisingly, that didn’t solve anything. For all three nights of our stay, the room temperature stayed stuck at 21°C, and the floor near the window was so cold that we couldn’t even walk on it with socks. With the outside temperature at –12°C, we had to request three extra blankets and cover the window with pillow/blanket just to get through the night. It was genuinely uncomfortable and not what you expect when paying for a hotel stay in winter. On top of that, the hotel has only two elevators, and one of them was out of service for our entire three‑day stay. It took an extremely long time just to get down for breakfast or the evening happy hour. We even tried taking the stairs, but they lead directly outside, so that wasn’t a practical option in freezing weather. I raised all of these issues both during the stay and again at checkout, but the only response I received was a generic “Sorry, we apologize for the inconvenience.” No real solution, no compensation, no sense of urgency. Very disappointing experience overall. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and addresses the heating, insulation, and elevator issues, because this stay was nowhere near Hilton standards.

  This hotel is greatly located close by to the old port. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. We booked a suite that came with one bedroom, living, kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, microwave). The hotel hours a happy hour 5-7 pm (drinks and snacks) and a breakfast (eggs, bacon, potatoes, cereals, omelet station). The front desk team was obviously not friendly. Maybe because the hotel was busy

  O hotel é simplesmente incrível e extremamente bem localizado. Conseguimos conhecer muitos pontos de Montréal a pé. Ele fica praticamente ao lado da Catedral de Notre-Dame e conta com bastante comércio, restaurantes e serviços nas proximidades, o que facilita muito a estadia. O restaurante do hotel é excelente, com ótima qualidade, e todos os funcionários foram sempre muito atenciosos, educados e prestativos. O quarto é incrivelmente espaçoso, confortável e bonito; o único detalhe é que achei a temperatura um pouco fria, mas nada que comprometa a experiência. Um dos grandes destaques da estadia foram os drinks gratuitos oferecidos diariamente pelo hotel: dois vouchers por pessoa durante a estadia, o que fez toda a diferença e tornou a experiência ainda mais especial. O café da manhã também é muito bom, variado e saboroso. Foi tudo perfeito! Com certeza me hospedaria novamente se voltasse a Montréal. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
