We ended up booking this hotel after issues with our original accommodation, and I’m so glad we did. The front desk staff, Vanessa and Julie, were incredibly helpful and understanding of our situation, even allowing us to check in early. Their kindness made a stressful moment so much easier. The location was perfect for us, convenient for exploring the city and close to the gay village. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

There were no taxis with ramp. Just that. Any solution or responsibility for themselves Their staff lacks the maturity to handle any task. When things get complicated, they leave you to your own devices. Typical of a mediocre hotel. The rooms are fine. The location is also good. Don't expect much from the staff.

With a decent size bathroom. Friendly staff who very accommodating with our early arrival and late departure flights. This will be my go to hotel when visiting Montreal.
