This hotel is outdated and very noisy. Our room was beside a staircase above ski lockers and the maintenance equipment room. Until 11pm and starting as early as 6:00am, we could ear banging from locker room and foot steps in stairs, slamming doors, and rolling containers getting in and out of the maintenance area on the 2nd floor. The breakfast is very ordinary compared to other chains such as Hampton Inn. Also, we unfortunately had to cancelled one room out of two and knowing it was past the limit to be reimbursed, we offered to reschedule for another time instead of having to pay the cost of one night which not cheap considering the quality of this hotel as a penalty. We believe that out offer was reasonable and fair for both parties but the management preferred to stick to their strict policy and lose a customer. We find it hard to understand how this establishment can feel that independent when there is much competition around and other hotels that will make customers satisfaction a priority.

We didn't have a great experience checking in, called ahead 3 times to make sure we could upgrade our room to the 2 bedroom room with kitchen. They told us nit to upgrade when we called they would have it available when we got there. Then was told to call first thing in the morning when we started traveling. Was told that morning that they were sold out and we could upgrade. We called 3 weeks in advance and was told to wait. We did end up getting the one bedroom. But our sons had to sleep on the pull-out couch and in our room. Breakfast was ok, lots of options.

Booked here to go skiing with family and this hotel is in the best location! The staff is extremely friendly, and the room was large with a balcony! and had a full kitchen! The main issue we came across was there was only one elevator working, and we were on the 3rd floor. The other elevator is maybe getting updated? Not sure why they’re doing that during peak season bc it was a huge inconvenience to us and the other guests. Rooms were very clean, but could use some updating. And the house keeper didn’t come on the first day but the second they came. Also, parking is nice and easy in a garage, and it’s self park which is great, although you have to pay to park. Loved loved the buffet breakfast, made breakfast super easy before skiing (thank you!) and they had a variety of healthier options which was great! And lastly, I love that they offer coffee late night, other hotels don’t, so that was such a nice touch! We’ll definitely be back!

Am currently staying on the 4th floor of the Holiday Inn after a great day of skiing and am already planning a return visit.
Booked a late-night reservation to provide an anchor for a Tremblant visit, and drove up from Ottawa for an afternoon of skiing with friends. Was directed to P4, almost a north side, changed at the vehicle, then caught the shuttle in a seamless experience.
Felt like I was 18 again revisiting Fripp and McCulloch via TGV access. Skied TTB at the end of the day, caught the cabriolet, and was amazed to see how close the Holiday Inn was to the lift.
Went to the front desk in full ski hear and Alexandra (Rose) checked me in with professional efficiency and an element of savoir faire. Dropped my skis, helmet and bulky cold-weather jacked in a locker room and went up to the room. Wow. It's massive. Much bigger than I was expecting. Apparently it's a corner suite so a larger floor space.
Hopped on the shuttle, changed at the vehicle, and drove to the Holiday Inn underground parking garage. Spotted a huge parking spot, backed in, unloaded, locked up, grabbed the elevator from S2 level and went up to the room to crash and rest and marvel. Slopeide at Tremblant in a beautiful room with underground parking at an incredible rate. Yeah 🙂
Watched the Olympic Men's Downhill replay in the evening, then headed out to the pedestrian village. Pauline was on reception and gave some dining and menu recommendations. Walked up into the heart of the village on a cold night to get some chow & watch coverage from Milan and Cortina.
It was all downhill on the walk back! Spotted a depanner/magazine that was open & stocked up on some items.
Went back to the hotel and Stephane was on reception. He was very friendly and helpful regarding post-checkout ski plans.
Am looking forward to the breakfast tomorrow, some hot-tub time, revisiting the back bowls, blasting through the fresh powder & laying down some phat carves. ⛷️
Will be returning to the Holiday Inn Express for the great location, value and friendly vibe. We'll done staff! 👏
