Bonjour,

I hate leaving bad reviews but this one feels very warranted. I stayed here and the elevator was broken. Judging from the parking lot and number of people at breakfast, the hotel had very few guests the night I stayed there. My room was on the fourth floor and I asked if I could be moved to a lower floor because of the elevator and was told Id have to pay to be moved to a lower floor. I had to carry my bags up and down 5 flights of stairs (they also made me park in the lower level lot as well). I reached out to management but received no response. I will happily take down this review if management rectifies the situation.

The location was perfect, within walking distance to major attractions, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options.
The price is not expensive and quite worthwhile. The staff was friendly and helpful from the moment we checked in, and the room was spacious and comfortable. We had a good stay and will definitely be returning on our next trip!

Terrible customer service. I came to spend two nights during the week, from Tuesday to Thursday morning, and the elevator wasn't working. I asked to change rooms because I was on the fourth floor. I found the customer service awful. It's a good thing if you're going to book; the elevator is old and there's no 24-hour assistance!
Stay at any other hotel, but not here.
