My wife and I arrived around noon, and the receptionist asked us to wait until 3:00 p.m. She told us to wait in the restaurant area. A few minutes later, another receptionist assisted us and gave us a room right away.
The swimming area is dangerous and unsafe because it is very slippery. The hot tub smells terrible—like fish. I do not recommend this hotel.

I’m one for tight fitting sheets that stay on the bed at night. The bedsheets are loosely draped and not tight which makes for a jumbled sleep. The hotel is under construction, so it’s kind of a mess at the moment. The executive lounge doesn’t exist due to the construction, but they still offer Diamond member benefits in terms of warm and cold snacks in the dining area and free sodas. The basement floor is solely dedicated to the fitness center, pool, and hot tub which is nice. No having to walk through areas where other people are other than the elevators back to your floor. The breakfast options are fair to good. Much better than U.S. options. Getting service is another story. There’s a sign at the entrance asking to wait for a table, but it takes asking to get help. Otherwise, you’ll wait and watch servers walk by as they just look at you standing there. I learned on the last day, that Diamond members have a seating area different than the regular dining area, but it’s non-service area and you have to do it all. When I asked if I could just sit in the service area, I was told no because they have limited seating.
