We stayed at this hotel from 2/14 thru 2/19 while it was transitioning from Hilton to Marriott Omage. The day we arrived the hotel said Hilton. The day we left it said Omage. There was construction on site every day, and it was awful. Construction crews left screws all over the ground out front. When I picked them up and handed them to the front desk they acted like they could care less. Some of the hotel employees were annoyed with me because I didn’t want construction crews in my room making Marriott changes when I wasn’t there. They tested the fire alarms for an entire day, 9a-4:15p. One of my friend’s cars was broken into in the hotel parking lot and was attempted to be stolen until the perps were caught in action and another of my friends got a screw in their tire, from the construction workers, while driving through the parking lot. I know this review won’t go very far because on 2/24 it will be Marriott but the stay was a disaster. There were 3 black ladies at the front desk, and they showed exceptional customer service- one had a very short haircut, one had longer hair and one had a lighter skin tone. They should train the rest of the staff because they were the most well mannered.

Wonderful hotel, especially if you're Diamond. Parking is free and very convenient. Entrance from the highway is easy however exiting to the highway can be tricky so I recommend going out the back of the parking lot to access other routes.
I enjoy the full Kitchens and layout of the room.
My biggest complaint is the noise containment from the rooms.
The connecting door in our room has nothing to sound proof it. You can hear the person next door talking as if they're in the same room. There is no privacy at all, even if you retreat to the bedroom. Either neighbors can hear whatever is being said even if it's whispers. This is not great for long term stays, always having to worry about our neighbor hearing us for normal volume.
Another complaint is the TV setup. I can't even use my HDMI cable or screen share to the TV so I can enjoy my own entertainment. There is Netflix or YouTube which do not suffice at all. I've never had issues accessing the HDMI ports for a TV in the hotel.
Regarding staff, everyone is very nice and super accommodating.

First time we stopped at this hotel and not disappointed at all. We stayed there for one night on January 23. The pros: First the room with two queen beds was really nice and it must have been recently renovated. Beds were comfortable and bathroom spacious and nice. Second the pool was excellent according to our teenagers! Third we had bought the breakfast package and the lady and the young women serving the clients were outstanding. Super nice and very attentive to our needs. We left a tip and I hope other clients did the same because it is very rare to have this level of service these days! You could see that they liked serving customers and were quite professional and worked super well together. The cons: There are chargers for EV cars but they are located at the back of the hotel and quite far. Also there were some construction as the hotel is being renovated but it was a minor inconvenient. Overall, a bit more expensive than a Holiday inn express but worth the price.
