The furniture, carpets, and walls are outdated and could really use a deep cleaning and some renovation. The sink and toilet drained very slowly, and the lighting in the room was poor, with one lamp not working. Breakfast was included but not impressive — the food was bland, and the dining area looked tired and not very clean. We also requested an extra towel, but unfortunately, it never arrived. Another issue was the luggage carts — they were so heavy and hard to move that it took a lot of effort to use them. For most guests, especially women, it would be very difficult to push one without help. I understand this isn’t a luxury hotel, but even budget places should be clean, comfortable, and properly maintained. With some attention to cleaning, repairs, and guest convenience, this hotel could be much better.

Treated us with the upmost respect. He recommended great restaurants and always checked up on us when we would walk in and out of the place. We have spoken to our bosses to always make sure we do buisness with Hampton just to see him again. 10/10
