Don't stay here, you won't get any sleep and you will get very little peace and quiet the building is under renovation they didn't even tell us till we arrived, and said if it's a problem let them know and they will switch us rooms...
At 7am every day jack hammers start, way to loud to sleep or relax, I can't even hear the person I'm talking to on my phone I have to leave the whole building just to make a phone call...
Yet at noon the jack hammering stops, no clue why the hotel doesn't tell them to do their quiet work in the morning and jack hammer at 10am or 11am, instead of giving every guest a horrible experience!
Last time I stay at one of these hotels, I just don't like the lies
They are claiming every room is full so they can't move me, yet the parking lot doesn't even have 10 cars in it
There are a lot more hotels out there with better service, there is no way it can be worst
The only upside is, it's clean and there are no bed bugs
But I don't recommend you stay here unless you enjoy getting woken up at 7am daily by jackhammers
Horrible management here, I wish it was possible to give 0 star rating

I’ve stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Laval for years because it’s close to my family and, until now, reliably quiet and predictable. This most recent stay ended that relationship.
We were informed there would be renovations. What we were not told was that this would involve active jackhammering and concrete demolition directly beneath our room. It was not light sound, but concussive and continuous, enough that the floor itself seemed to transmit
For reference: sustained exposure to sound at or above 85 decibels is widely recognized as the threshold at which hearing damage can begin. Jackhammers typically operate in the 100–110 decibel range. That is not an inconvenience-level disturbance. That is industrial noise. It caused obvious stress to my spouse and me, and acute anxiety in our dog, who reacted to each impact as if it were a physical threat.
Renovations are understandable. What isn’t acceptable is the lack of transparency about their scale and intensity. Had we known heavy concrete breaking was happening under occupied guest rooms, we would have rescheduled. Instead, we were left to endure it.
After years of choosing this hotel out of loyalty and convenience, I won’t be returning. The issue isn’t that construction was happening. It’s that guests were not given enough information to make an informed decision about whether to stay.
I think this was a perfect tournament hotel.
Friendly and accommodating staff that understand how to navigate large groups. Check in was 2 mins.
Large rooms, free breakfast and pool.
Super large parking lot. Not sure how the lot can be full. Perhaps folks didnt see the extra lot on the other side of the building.
The rooms are a bit dated, but super clean. Beds comfortable. Water pressure not strong.
Many food choices for large groups within walking. Kabob place across the street was amazing.
It was also the best price we found in the neighbourhood.
