I was staying there alone with my two young children. We were getting dressed in the morning around 7am and a large man walked into my room unannounced. This terrified myself and my children. When I made a complaint they told me he walked in because they thought I had checked out. Why would they think that at 7 in the morning and why wouldn't he have knocked? My kids are talkative so it was obvious we were still in the room. I tried contacting the manager but that's an impossible task. I also had someone knocking at the door at 10am after I dropped my kids off at school and tried taking a nap before checkout. The do not disturb sign was posted. Not happy about my experience and I'd caution any single women traveling to not stay there.

The front desk staff, and especially manager Camille, need some hospitality training and a big dose of vitamin D. They don't have to smile, but respect would be nice. And perhaps, some math classes would help.
Their service, tone and attitudes were shockingly bad.
The rooms that we had reserved and confirmed months in advance were not available to us. We are 4 people and we booked 2 queen beds.
We were given a room with one king bed and told to go somewhere else if this did not suit us. There was a pull out couch, however it is actually unsleepable when pulled out. I can pretty much guarantee that Camille has never slept on that.
We had one adult on the closed couch with the one extra pillow we were given.
Our room had a broken fridge that just froze everything regardless of the temperature it was set at.
There was a broken charger in the plug from a previous tenant that was live and shocked one of us. Camille needed proof before she would even address this.
This was all described to us as an upgrade. What a laugh.
Overall I would say that the whole experience was unpleasant and uncomfortable.

This has to be the worst service I have seen in a Hotel in my 30 years staying in hotels. We have been at the hotel for 2 days for our daughter's hockey tournament. The rooms were nice and clean. I called down to the front desk as my wife didn't sleep most of the night and has a disability. I was apparently speaking to the manager. I asked her if we can have a late check out until 2 PM to give her more time. She rudely told me that she can't give EVERYONE late checkouts. So she clearly had given one to others. So I said well we need to check out at 2PM. Then she informed me that if we didn't check out she would call the police. Yes call the police on someone with physical disabilities.
Is that the world we live in now and Holiday Inn is going to accept that from a Manager.
Disgusting I would stay far away from this hotel.
