  I stayed in the Presidential Suite. It was nice. However there was a system problem the day I went in and I didnt get a room key right away. I usually give the benefit of the doubt, but when I picked it up they said my room key was ready for almost an hour! Even after they said they'll call me immediately. Good breakfast and overall decent stay.

  Would not recommend this hotel unfortunately, the rooms were not clean at all. I had to pull a beetle about the size of a quarter off the wall above my bed the first night. Breakfast was terrible, one of the elevators was not working and the other sounded pretty sketchy. I would absolutely not stay here again, it is definitely NOT up to Best Western's standards.

  We stayed at this Best Western during Winterlude and were very disappointed with the overall experience. The room was not clean and did not meet basic standards of cleanliness. We requested an additional cot for our children and were met with unhelpful staff. It took 4–5 hours before one was finally delivered to our room. We also stored our trailer in the luggage/storage room, and the area was musty and smelled strongly of alcohol, which was very unpleasant and concerning. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was the included breakfast, especially while traveling with small children. The signs in the room clearly stated breakfast was available 7 days a week, yet the morning after check-in we were told breakfast was not available because “the person simply didn’t show up.” There was no manager available, no communication at check-in, and no voucher or alternative breakfast option offered. Overall, this stay was frustrating and poorly managed. I would recommend avoiding this hotel, as there are far better options available in the city. Nous avons séjourné à ce Best Western pendant le Winterlude et l’expérience a été très décevante. La chambre était sale et ne respectait pas des standards de propreté de base. Nous avons demandé un lit pliant supplémentaire pour nos enfants, mais le personnel a été peu aidant. Il a fallu 4 à 5 heures avant qu’on nous en apporte finalement un à la chambre. Nous avons également entreposé notre remorque dans la salle de bagages/entreposage, et l’endroit était humide, renfermé et sentait fortement l’alcool, ce qui était très désagréable (et inquiétant). Une des principales raisons pour lesquelles nous avions réservé cet hôtel était le déjeuner inclus, surtout avec de jeunes enfants. Pourtant, des affiches dans la chambre indiquaient que le déjeuner était offert 7 jours sur 7, mais le lendemain matin, en descendant, on nous a simplement dit que le déjeuner n’était pas disponible parce que « la personne ne s’est pas présentée ». Aucun gestionnaire n’était disponible, aucune information n’a été donnée à l’arrivée, et aucun bon/alternative pour un autre endroit n’a été offert. Bref, un séjour frustrant et très mal géré. Je recommande d’éviter cet hôtel, il y a de bien meilleures options ailleurs en ville.

  4.5 and here is why: The location is a great selling point! 5/5 (no traffic during the morning) View - charming! 5/5 Staff - friendly, smiling, helping, joking, and responsible. 5/5 Room - a bit old, but all that you need is there! The fridge was noisy! No water for guests (you can pick it from the lobby). 3/5 Parking: free, comfortable, and there are a lot of places.

  Beware of this hotel. There is no elevator security. The cleaners left our room unlocked after cleaning so that a supervisor could check it and the superviser proceeded to leave it open. Huge safety issue with a teenage daughter and the possibility of someone entering our room. This is beyond the fact that all our possessions were at risk. Staff tried to escalate our issue to managers and then the GM, but they don't even respond. They apparently don't know how to do the right thing by their customers. If I could do zero stars I would.
