- JHJan HJan 5, 20261.0Do not recommend! We were booked here for a team competition and when we arrived it was the most unclean and terrible smelling hotel I can remember. The first room had not been vacuumed and there was stuff all over the floor. Long standing dirt was evident in corners of the room. They showed us a second room and there were stains everywhere on the carpet and someone’s fake fingernail, the second room smelt worse. We ended up not staying. Others in our party also checked out as the rooms & beds are small and those that stayed are having issues with the smell, plumbing & heating. For the price there are way nicer hotels and I am shocked this is a considered a BW Plus level hotel.

Bad breakfast that isn't free and coffee machines weren't working if you did want something else. Bathroom so small could barely fit in. Bedroom was clean, location was good.

The heated pool was a great plus, and the staff was kind, attentive, and always willing to help. I made the reservation on the same day and had no issues at all. Everything went smoothly. I would definitely stay here again.

Les moins: un peu vieillot, il y a des insectes morts et vivants dans le couloir menant vers la piscine même en plein hiver, marches de l'escalier de la piscine glissantes et rampe de la piscine chambranlante ce qui est très dangereux. La chambre n'avait pas été entièrement nettoyée, il y avait un café glacé dans la chambre à notre arrivée. Le déjeuner était médiocre, les crêpes étaient dures comme des frisbees et les pâtisseries/saucisses étaient sèches. Finalement, Expédia décrit la suite comme ayant un lit queen et un lit double, alors que dans les faits, les deux lits sont doubles.
