  We had such a great experience while staying at the Drummondville location. Ryan was behind the desk and was immediately welcoming and great with out kids while getting us checked in very quickly. We ate at the on-site restaurant as well and the staff there were great too. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, and the pool/hot tub was fun for our family.

  Would not stay there again. We had a room on the main floor. It was noisy from people in the hall and above us, the curtains were dirty, the air/heater unit was full of dust, the flooring was lifted as if it had been in a flood, the upholstered chair was tattered, the bathroom old, really small and had no counter space and the tub didn’t drain properly so you’re standing in the water. The whole hotel is old and tired and needs a serious upgrade. And worse… it is way over priced!! and doesn’t even come with complimentary breakfast like most BW’s. Giving it a 1 is being generous.

  I will NOT stay there again. I paid $329 for the room. Only got 1 cup of coffee. It disappeared at 9:50 am. No free breakfast! Front desk said "We do not do that" Worst Best Western Plus!!! Not true to brand! Should be removed or modified policies.

  The other reviews of this location are very high and I guess this one is too. This hotel was a stop back to Niagara from an east cost vacation. The price for a night was around $220 after all taxes for a Saturday night. This seemed high to me based on other hotel stays. The room was middling: it looked like they tried their best to update it. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable (loved the smell of the bed linens) and the tv had a few english channels. There are some very updated rooms on the website...we did not have one of those rooms. The staff at check in/out were lovely and quickly switched to English at my poor attempts at French. They were very helpful making sure that my rewards point were maximized for my stay (which I appreciated). The people in front of us were commanding the attention of all the front desk staff and we wish we could have understood what was going down, but the Ontario French classes of the 1980s & 1990s have failed me again. I did not hear anyone singing Telefrancais for me to join in with and even less references to Sol the clown. We didn't utilize the pool which seems to be the reason folks stop here. You could hear the regular hotel patrons who think talking in the hallways is something that anyone wants to hear in their rooms. There was a discount for breakfast at the attached restaurant with our stay, but we didn't partake. 5/5 for great service, and clean rooms and bedding.

  Convenient location with an attached restaurant and plenty of other restaurants nearby. Room was large, bed and pillows okay. Bathroom area is small with separate tub / toilet and sink areas (which makes getting ready in the morning much easier). Plenty of HOT water - be careful if travelling with children and elderly. Our room had several Asian Lady Beetles crawling on the ceiling and I watched some crawl out of a space at the ceiling above the sink. Soon to be an infestation I'd think. When we told the front desk at check out she just said "sorry about that". Restaurant for breakfast was okay. You get a 10% discount with your stay.
