On m’avait dit pas de problème, il y a 2 lits queen et un divan lit dans la chambre. J’avais même fait ajouter une note à mon dossier que nous étions 5 pour être certain de ne pas avoir de problème le jour de l’arrivée. Finalement les chambres ne peuvent pas accommoder 5 personnes et le gérant n’avait aucune solution à nous offrir. Rendez-vous service et réserver ailleurs, le service à la clientèle n’en vaut pas la peine.

The site is well secured and is a gated area, you need a key to access the parking and the building. The service was greater than a 5 star. The breakfast was a hot continental and it was one of the best ones we have ever been to. We plan on coming back again in the future. We stayed at many hotels and this one is the best one for us.

They require a deposit which is a bad sign for me. We found pubic hair in the sink and bathtub which is quite disgusting. It was noisier than i feel it should have been since we were close tot he street. Staff was nice and friendly. One of the light bulbs didn't work and the room in general seemed dark even with all the lights on. Also, the bed linen was oddly loud and plastic feeling. I already have another room booked at another Best Western property and i really hope it's a better experience.
