Je me suis rendue sur place pour rĂ©cupĂ©rer lâargent, le gars a dit: ils ont pris un montant, mais ça prend du temps avant de vous faire rembourser. Des crosseurs !!!

STAFF
The manager left a little bag in my room with a couple snacks and a card for my birthday đ.
All staff are really friendly and understanding â€ïž.
ROOMS
Out of all hotels I've been, this one is by far the cleanest in terms of rooms.
I loved that we had bathrobes in our room, so comfy and good to use before and after pool, shower, or hot tub!!!
The deluxe room we picked is perfect for couples or best friends. It is 150$/night (March 2026). It has a huge 2-people hot tub in the bedroom. The room is open concept: kitchennette, dining room, living room, and bedroom are all without doors, which i love. And separated is a bathroom with shower as well.
BREAKFAST
Breakfast is 6-10am.
Staff was constantly making sure everything was refilled.
The hot part of the breakfast isn't that great: our menu was just scrambled eggs & pork patties and ham. But the scrambled eggs are perfect.
And there's a bunch of other food options: bagels, bread, and waffles you can toast, and my God the waffles tasted amazing đ especially with the little maple syrup packets đ; there's also a cereal bar, and fruits (ours were apples and oranges). Interestingly, they had yogurt cups and raisins, almonds, and coconut sprinkles you could add on top. They also had cold individually packaged boiled eggs.
As for drinks, i loved the options: fountain water, orange juice, cranberry cocktail, and something else i forgot, then perculated coffee and decaf coffee. There was also a little box with green tea, black tea and orange pekoe tea pockets (which is awesome but i wish they had more flavors and that the orange pekoe tea was in the percolator rather than a single tea pocket.
Oh and the seating area was really really nice: half of it in the sun, half of it in the shade (which i love). There were many many square tables and chairs, a few counter-height tables, and a few sofa tables which were super comfy and luxurious.
POOL (& Pool Staff)
The pool is huge, wasn't very hot but warm enough. There's a little sauna and a little shower stall that only closes by a curtain, which i hated so i didn't use. I loved the pool room because it's spacious with high ceiling and very big windows, and doors opening to a long narrow area outside.
The pool staff were quite awkward though, not sure why! Maybe they were waiting for us to get out so they can put products in? Unsure. The towels weren't replenished. A staff also came while we were in and took all the clean towels and left...? We didn't really understand. đ
I recommend going to the pool during day time as there's very few people. In the evening, there was wayyyyyyy too many kids cannon balling into the pool and no staff telling them not to.
Odd to me that there were a bunch of staff surveilling when there was almost no one, but no staff when there was a bunch of swimmers. Also, during the day, one staff told me to put my hair in a ponytail even though it wasn't in the rules which i had read to make sure i followed them. The pool staff are nice just awkward and watchful.

All in all, absolutely awesome hotel! I am literally planning more to go with my husband for our anniversary mid-March, and again for my best friend's birthday in June! âââââ
For the price very good hotel, safe parking with restricted access (11$/day), very nice sunny, heated interior Pool, good full breakfast included in price, professionnal personnel, easy access to REM Montreal Public transportation. Many restaurant options at 15 min walk, many chineese/asian restaurant, large super clean rooms, very quiet despite in front of main road, easy access, frig in room, acess to microwave near the rooms, new construction, 2 stories. A laundry Room with washing machine and dryer ($).

Je dĂ©conseille cette endroit Ă tous. Si vous voulez dormir dans une chambre sale et ĂȘtre chargĂ© de frais additionnels sans qu'on vous avise. Chambre trĂšs sale Ă lâarrivĂ©e (photos disponibles). Fourmis Ă la piscine, toute la salle de bain Ă©tait ainsi, la lampe regorgeait de poussiĂšre et on parlera mĂȘme pas du luminaire. 1
Lorsque jâai signalĂ© le problĂšme, aucune solution concrĂšte nâa Ă©tĂ© proposĂ©e et le ton est devenu accusateur, comme si la situation mâĂ©tait imputĂ©e.
Jâai ensuite constatĂ© une surcharge de 172$ sur ma carte de crĂ©dit, sans que ces frais nâaient jamais Ă©tĂ© mentionnĂ©s auparavant et d'ailleurs ces frais ne sont pas justifiĂ©s. ExpĂ©rience trĂšs dĂ©cevante.

Nous avons eu une mauvaise expérience à cet hÎtel. Nous devions réserver pour 2 nuits puisque nous étions avec un groupe. Nous avons téléphoné 2 semaines à l'avance pour mentionner que nous allions payer nos deux nuits, mais que nous allions arriver seulement pour la 2e (horaire de compétition fait que l'horaire change). On me mentionne que tout est correct et qu'il n'y a pas de problÚme.
Malheureusement, nous sommes arrivĂ©s pour notre 2e nuit et on me mentionne que nous devons payer un frais de No-Show et que nos chambres sont occupĂ©s. L'hĂŽtel a tentĂ© de nous trouver d'autres options ailleurs, mais la dĂ©cision a Ă©tĂ© que nous devions rester au Best Western pour ĂȘtre avec les autres membres du groupe. Ils ont rĂ©ussi Ă nous trouver des chambres, mais il manquait toujours une place Ă coucher pour une personne. Nous nous sommes arrangĂ©s avec des gens de notre groupe qui sont partis plus tĂŽt pour changer les draps (nous-mĂȘme) et avoir de nouvelles serviettes.
Nous avons passé 2 heures dans l'entrée pour tenter de régler la situation. Lors du paiement, on me mentionne que j'ai des frais de 250$ de dépÎt par chambre qui me seront remboursés au départ. Je passe ma carte pour les chambres. On ne m'a jamais dit sur le fait que je payerais pour des frais de no-show.
Depuis ce temps, nous avosn tenté de communiquer avec l'établissement pour se faire rembourser les frais de no-show, car on me mentionne que je n'ai pas avisé (ce qui est faux). L'employé a qui j'ai parlé n'a rien inscrit dans notre réservation et ne veut pas se reparler que nous nous sommes parlés.
Depuis la derniĂšre communication et des relances, je n'ai jamais eu de nouvelles d'eux. Nous savons payĂ©s le double. J'ai fait des plaintes partout oĂč je pouvais et fait des rĂ©clamations pour me faire rembourser le frais de no-show.
Je ne retournerais jamais dans cet établissement et j'ai pas le gout de retourner dans un Best Western.
