Mama Lisboa does not have a parking lot. However, we do have a drop-off lane situated just around the corner of Mama, follow the address: R. do Vale de Pereiro 19, 1250-189 Lisboa. For parking lot, please contact our reception desk to find a solution.

Yes we do offer a guest laundry service this is external service all information are available in your room, we do also provide a laundry bag check in your room.

If you fail to cancel your reservation 48 hours (before 12 noon local time) prior to your date of arrival, Mama Shelter can charge your credit card the equivalent of one night's stay. Late check-out is based on availability and the decision of the acting supervisor. If granted, late check out can be offered for vacating the room by 2pm at an additional charge of €20. Depending on our availability, it may sometimes be possible to check-in before 3pm. Unfortunately no. Children not accompanied by their parents or an adult over the age of 18 cannot be accommodated in our hotel. However, children accompanied by an adult other than their parents, can only stay at the hotel if that person presents a "Declaration of Consent" issued by the parents or a Legal Document proving that this person is the Guardian/Tutor + copy of the reservation + Identification Document.

Unfortunately not. If you would like to offer a room to someone dear to you, Mama advises you to proceed as follows: you can make the reservation in your name and specify in the commentary that it is a gift with the name and surname of the person who will benefit from it.
