The entry and floor plan is confusing. Lakewood Mahogany is the toiletry collection It has a VERY masculine scent. I will not return to this location.

The food at the restaurant was amazing, and the waiter was nice. However, my only negative experiences were with non-guests. I was trying to simply enjoy my meal when a random person from the street sat next to me, touching my back nearly 10 times, and seemed wasted. Staff shouldn't allow guests to be hassled like this. Additionally, the gym was small.

From the time of booking room blocks with Molly Kiln, to scheduling a meet and greet on the roof top, to staying in the beautiful rooms, as well the 100th Anniversary events, we had an amazing stay! Our family guest were made to feel welcome by the staff and excellent hospitality and I can’t say enough about Molly’s friendliness, organization and responsiveness. The bar tenders, and front desk employees were also very professional and made us feel welcome. Thank you all!
