I will never stay anywhere else now. The rooms are beautiful! Very clean. I am huge on cleanliness and they were spotless. The room had everything you would need and was roomy on top of everything else. The receptionist was very sweet. Will definitely be back. I don’t know how I didn’t know about this place all these years. Plus they have Starbucks!

When I asked if I could have housekeeping every two days, the answer was yes, they do, but the housekeeping service wasn't performed. When I further asked why the housekeeping service wasn't performed, I received the answer that it would happen tomorrow.

Upon arrival (~1:45 pm on a Saturday afternoon), we were told no rooms were available which was fine since we were aware of check-in being 3 pm. The lobby was clean and decorated nicely. There is a small retail section for snacks, beer/wine, etc. We were assigned a room at 2:15 pm. The one bedroom suite w/sofabed was clean, comfortable and offered everything necessary for a stay (complete dish ware, mini stove, microwave, refrigerator, etc). It was actually better than what photos on the site suggested as it has a door dividing the bedroom from the living room rather than everything in one room. The hot water worked well. Our room number was 325 which is on the backside of the building. The curtains did not offer full coverage allowing full sun into both the bedroom and living room area thus it took a little while to cool the room down. We requested additional sheets and they were brought promptly. We were told the pool (hours 6 am to 10 pm) was heated, but upon checking it didn’t seem to be. The fitness center (24 hours) is small, but sufficient for a decent workout. All the staff I came in contact with were pleasant. We did not have the free breakfast due to our own schedule. My family would stay here again.
