The hotel itself is clean, and the rooms are updated and well-maintained, but the management of amenities left much to be desired: · Cold Pool: The pool was freezing. My kids couldn’t stay in longer than 5 minutes. Even a group of teenagers later that night was shivering and complaining out loud that it was "freezing". We notified the desk, but despite being told the temperature would be adjusted, the water stayed cold the next day. · Coffee Policy: By 9:50 AM, just 20 minutes after breakfast ended, the complimentary coffee was replaced with a “for purchase” sign. This felt more like nickel-and-diming, as other Homewood Suites usually offer free coffee until checkout or till it ran out · Shower Drain Issues: The shower had a slow drain, leaving us standing in several inches of water during each shower. While housekeeping did a great job, management needs to focus more on guest comfort and service. I’ve stayed at many Homewood Suites and this is the first time I’ve encountered these issues. I expected more from this brand.

It smelled as soon as I walked in, there was hair left in the shower, the surfaces were dusty, and there was a visible stain on the blanket. The hallways also smelled and had trash sitting out from other guests, which made the entire property feel dirty. The toilet barely flushed, and the overall condition of the room showed a clear lack of maintenance and cleanliness. What made the situation even more frustrating was the follow-up call from the manager, Fatima. Instead of addressing the issues, she told me there was nothing they could do as far as compensation because I booked through Booking.com. She also claimed the room I was given was an “upgrade.” If that was considered an upgrade, then that’s even more reason to avoid this property altogether! The wildest part of this whole experience is that the front desk area is gorgeous. It’s clear they only care about the appearance and comfort of that space, because it’s the only part of the hotel that actually looks and feels well-kept and updated. I would absolutely not recommend staying here. The photos are misleading, the rooms are poorly maintained, and the management offers no real solutions.
