  My experience was warmth, welcoming, available and ready to assist with room service, questions and supplies. Friendly. Cleanliness. The hotel as washer and dryer, workout equipment, lounge area, and snack bar. My room was a queen size bed with a suite (large refrigerator, dish washer, large microwave, huge bathroom, large L shape desk, recliner with two sitting chairs, nice size TV on the wall. I have no complaints about my room, I would definitely recommend staying there again and to others.

  As a long term guest I have accumulated a substantial number of Points for my extended stay at this property. This past weekend we hosted a couple who are very dear friends and were so pleased at their immediate and heartfelt response of surprised appreciation for the quality of their suite. They noted the cleanliness, convenience of the kitchen and thoughtful staff. Of note, Brit extended a warm welcome as our friend dashed through the snow to the lobby and kindly directed her to our room (as we requested) and additionally called to our room to announce her coming up so we could be at the door of our suite to greet her (with careful thoughtfulness upon recognizing that our friend had opted to take the stairs - with armfuls of travel items). As another amazing example of the level of consideration extended to us by the Hotel, the General Manager Attal, upon our request to book a room for our friends, immediately and without hesitation ensured that he secured a suite nearby to ours and took the executive oversight to ensure that it was facilitated through the use of our reserve points for this stay. I would like to take this opportunity to extend our appreciation to Attal for his outstanding service and availability since his assuming the role of General Manager at this property. The humble and considerate attention to the guests and importantly his staff stands out from all the previous General Managers who have cycled through this property over the years. I can say with authority that the teamwork and camaraderie he has fostered among staff is truly inspirational - I have found him to have selected and retained a group of persons - from Front Desk, through housekeeping and maintenance - who mirror his genuine concern and dedication to improving and maintaining a property that stands as an example for other Candlewood campuses in the chain. Congratulations to this outstanding team !!!

  Would not recommend this place to no one. Rooms are not clean you have to clean your own room . The prices are not reasonable. Staff are not very helpful. they don’t follow hotel rules and protocols. They leave their guest in danger by placing rocks in the doorways that otherwise need a key code card to get in. If you really want three star hotel accommodations, I would suggest The Days Inn. The Days Inn is a little more expensive, but it is 10 times better than The Candlewood.

  I would absolutely recommend this hotel, I have been here past week and a half, and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE..The employees are absolutely friendly and very helpful in anything,I mean anything you need .Jay, is absolutely very helpful, I like to clean my own room, but he actually came up and mopped the kitchen floor, now tell me, what other hotel employees would do that,with a smile on their face .. He goes above and beyond I think ,to make your stay, comfortable and relaxing, he is the type that you feel like you've known him forever,, also Ms.Brittany, she is also helpful.I can say all of the employees as I have interacted with most, have been more than helpful, informative about everything I have asked or needed .I would highly recommend this place, to anyone whom is looking for a safe, clean, friendly environment....I just can't say enough,about this place, AGAIN, A 1-10 RATING ,I WOULD SAY 20, ( know it's a 1-10 ) but...please take this review and go there yourself.. I can guarantee you , 100% you will be happy you did..
