- KAKelly Atchison2 days ago4.0Very clean. Jacuzzi suite was VERY nice and spacious. Bed was comfortable, did have a strange scent from whatever they washed the sheets with that was a little harsh. Did have a staff member knock on our door around 9am (we had the do not disturb sign out 🫤) and I could not understand what he was asking me so I assumed he was asking about housekeeping I said no thank you, and he kept saying something. I told him I could not understand him. I have no idea what that was all about and it was irritating. (Do not disturb is there for a reason!) But overall would stay again.

He was very knowledgeable about the information in regards to any additional fees for early check in when available. The room is a king and is really big with plenty of room to move around and be comfortable. The bed is soft yet firm and I was able to get a good night sleep finally. There is a sofa bed in the room also that easily sleeps 2. Breakfast is really tasty with plenty to choose from including a choice of pancakes/waffles, scrambled eggs with cheese, turkey sausage links, and an assortment of breads, muffins, cereals, fruit,coffee, and juices. I enjoyed my breakfast watching the weather report and looking at a beautiful holiday tree in the ample seating lobby and breakfast area. I highly recommend this hotel also for the vast amount of entertainment, dining, and shopping establishments nearby.
