Reception staff is very unprofessional, they make you feel like if you're asking for a favor and not paying for a service.

I’ve dealt with plenty of customer service issues in my life, but nothing close to the level of rudeness and unprofessionalism I encountered here. When I noticed I had been double-charged, I calmly brought it to Tammy’s attention. Instead of helping, she immediately became defensive, disrespectful, and downright condescending. She raised her voice at me in the lobby, acted as if the mistake was my fault, and made the entire situation far more stressful than it needed to be. It was shocking how aggressively she responded to a simple billing error. No guest should have to deal with that kind of attitude—especially from the person representing the front desk. This interaction alone was enough to ruin my stay, and I would strongly caution others before booking
