- RDRafa's Dad4 days ago5.0LETS GET REAL! Cathey one of the room attendants saved the day. I lost a family ring from my great great grandfather. That’s right, 150 years old! Could not be replaced. Cathy was our room attendant. My ring fell off in the room. I freaked out. I called the hotel and spoke to Tammy. She said call back in one hour. I was there 45 min later. Cathy found my ring. She saved the day. I can’t thank her enough. She was amazing. Needless to say she got a nice fat finders fee. Best money I ever spent. Thank you Miss Cathy. You are the best. From the bottom of my heart .

I like how it's always decorated really nice for holidays. TV's in the room had Netflix already and it even shows your name when turning it on. Great indoor pool is nice and warm even in winter. Just off price and location alone I would highly recommend this hotel when staying in the Reading area.

Reception staff is very unprofessional, they make you feel like if you're asking for a favor and not paying for a service.
