- OOOwnerOct 15, 20251.0Upon arrival, the front desk staff were unable to locate my booking. They told me to simply get another night since other rooms were available, so I went ahead and did that. However, my American Express card appeared to be frozen, which caused some inconvenience during check-in. In addition, there was little to no available parking, and the front lobby appeared unclean with a noticeable stale odor. Overall, the experience was disappointing and did not meet expectations.

The hotel manager went out of his way to come chat with me and get to know me. He was really nice and also help one of my students locate their ear pod case. On Tuesday evenings, they have a small happy hour for the guest and on Wednesday there is a group of older ladies that eat at the restaurant and play bridge. The have dove products in the bathroom. And 1.50 laundry machines. It's also a short walk to the timber trail across the highway.
