I was disappointed in both the room and the service I received. While taking a shower the first day, I noticed my bathtub was not draining, as I was standing in 8 inches of water after my shower. On my way out for the day, I stopped by the front desk to let them know. It took me a couple attempts to get the front desk staff's attention as she was deep in her phone. I let her know my bathtub wasn't draining, that I'd be out for the next 12+ hours, so no rush, but if someone could please fix the drain. I got back around ~2am after a long day and my bathtub still had standing water. This, unfortunately, prevented me from taking a shower. I checked out and again let the front desk know. She was not apologetic and said, "with the construction, they much have just lost track" before an afterthought of an insincere apology.
