- EBeva butlerFeb 23, 20261.0I booked 2 rooms a month ago through priceline.com for this hotel. I prepaid both rooms on priceline.com. When I arrived they could only find 1 of the 2 rooms I bought for that weekend. I had the reservation numbers and printouts where I payed for them both at the same time. They refused to let me have the 2nd room and I ended up paying for a 3rd room. This was for the weekend so I ended up paying 650.00 for 3 rooms. The desk person told me to call priceline for a refund. I did. Priceline told me to get into contact with the hotel. I did. The Genetti Hotel told me that they could not refund me. Please please please. Either refund me or call priceline and do what you need to do for me to get a refund and or let me have a free 2 night stay for reimbursement. It just doesn't seem right to prepay for 2 rooms and then have to pay for a 3rd one when I had the confirmation number and reservation numbers and receipts that I already paid for it............. I just want a refund. Priceline said when they call you all no one answers.

L'intérieur d'un charme désuet possède tout le confort. L'accueil est chaleureux, presque familial. L'hôtel possède un véritable bar où il fait bon aller boire un verre le soir et y grignoter un morceau pour se détendre avant de reprendre la route le lendemain. Ne changez rien.
