I then arrived at home to sweets by Hilton was greeted by the receptionist by the name of Mark. I walk through the door with my son tired and frustrated and Mark could not have been more kind and professional. Told me not to worry we will find you something and he did just that. It was almost an instance after having encountered him behind the desk that my whole night chain for the better. Upon arriving in our room it was immaculate everything was pristine and our room was perfectly comfortable. I would highly recommend Home2 suites by Hilton to anyone visiting the Wilkes-Barre Pennsylvania area. - MHMark HolbrookOct 1, 20252.0My wife and I Stayed here on Sept 19. After driving from Georgia we longed for a peaceful slumber in a nice comfy King size bed. As we entered the hotel all was splendid, internet photos for once were correct and the people were nice. We made it to our room and as weary travelers do, we scrubbed bums and headed to bed only to be met with the first obstacle. Someone has swapped the nice comfy bed with several sheets of plywood wrapped in bedding. As a professional side sleeper, this was distressing. As my wife and I lay on our backs trying to sort out a softer spot on the birch plywood, my pillow started acting up. I believe that there is a super tech in the pillows in this hotel, I believe the stuffing has a job to avoid your head while you sleep. With every reverse thrust of my head to gain purchase of stuffing it would run to the sides. Needless to say we didn't sleep well if much and left for the second leg of our road trip way earlier in the morning than I would have preferred. If you enjoy, hard mattresses and the non existence of a pillow, this place is for you.
