I am currently at the hotel for the past two weeks and a package was sent to me at the hotel, unfortunately, it was delivered to a wrong place/entity, Bakshi went above and beyond and called the place where it was delivered and went over to pick it up and brought it to me in my room. Wow, what an asset to this hotel. I called the front desk and another representative asked me to call the entity to check if it was delivered there. Mind you I am not familiar with the businesses and places around the hotel as I don’t live by the hotel. But when Bakshi heard it, she called me in my room to advise me that she was going to call to check on the delivery. She called me back to inform me the other place had it and she was going to pick it up for me. Mind you, it is very cold here below freezing. Bakshi, thank you; you are the best and an asset to your employers. I am a Diamond Member and haven’t seen this your exceptional service at other hotels. Well done, again thank you. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
