The hotel claims to have blackout curtains. This is not even close to being true. While the center of the curtain maybe blackout, the more than an inch on both side defeat the purpose. The hotel claims to provide $10 per day. Though you better not use it in the morning of days stay and the evening of the next days stay or they will hit you with the extra cost. Even if you don't use it any other time during your stay. The hotel just went through a renovation and looks like it needs a major renovation again. While they made the front entrance look nice that is where they stopped. Overall the vast majority of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

I stayed one night here and stayed in a room with a few issues. A/C was loud/not working properly, tissues from tissue box were used with and thrown back into the box, room smelled very bad and was dirty, there was NO body soap when I checked while already in the shower. Made complaints downstairs and was told they would “take care of it and I should receive an email . Never did, so I called and found out they only returned some of my points back and according to one of their employees decided that my dog was not a service animal when in fact she is. It’s number 1 illegal to assume the dog isn’t a service animal/ask for anything. All that’s allowed is to ask what service can the dog provide for you. So if you’re traveling with a service pet be aware they’ll change your reservation and state to their own opinion whether or not you have a service animal which is ILLEGAL to do! Also you may stay in a room that wasn’t cleaned properly. Disgusting and service was terrible.
