    Hotel is very nice staff generally friendly. Horrible experience with the breakfast staff. Sat down waited 10 minutes and the waitress never tried even take my order. She spent her time bs gossiping at the bar with the two guys camped there from the night prior. Then she decided to talk about the weather with someone else. Mind you I was the only person there that was waiting for. service. Got the breakfast fee credited to points as I got tired of waiting when no one else was even there.

    Great staff. Breakfast not included. However the food area the staff and the food were delicious. Pool is nice . Fitness center was clean I would def stay again

    Ho fatto circa 3 mesi in questo hotel per diversi viaggi di lavoro, mi sono sentito come a casa, posso dire che la catena Hilton è la migliore per viaggi di lavoro e ferie con la famiglia. Il personale molto bravo e molto gentile, un saluto a tutti quanti, spero tornare pronto a Wilkes Barre.

    No welcome gold. When we came back to have glass of wine by fireplace which we have done in past it was broken not working. Then in AM no hot water for shower front desk said maintenance getting a part but no apology. We left no showers and will not pay. This place gone down hill since our last stay.
