She was the reason I decided to take the room to actually write this review!! I requested her full name to ensure she gets the amazing feedback she absolutely deserves! We apprecited her going above and beyond and her very welcoming manner along with her positive attitude! Thank you Lekisha Lewis, you made our stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable!! We would absolutely book here again solely due to her amazing customer service!!

The parking is spacious, just keep going straight after the entrante in what looks line a small alley. There are restaurants within walking distance. The elevators work great. The staff is friendly and helpful. .

Very good freshly made omelets (premade, not made to order). The service issue was 1)being stuck in the elevator, coincidentally with someone on staff but a little panic set in. And the cranky breakfast attendant; actually more like breakfast police. No good morning or any sort of greeting. Definitely didn’t come to our table, offer coffee or water, just “I need to see your breakfast voucher!” And yet she wants tips. Hmm. My tip is: show up with a smile and act like you’re glad to see the guests…it goes a long way!
