From the outside it might just look like an average hotel but on the inside the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Their bar and restaurant are definitely not to be missed and everyone in town knows this as there are just as many pick up orders as there are guests enjoying their food! I wasnt expecting much from their pizza but was happily surprised by its perfect crust and tangy sauce. The continental breakfast is set in the restaurant serving fresh made waffles, eggs, potatoes, sausage links, and more! The next time we visit Wilkes-Barre it we will not have to question where we are staying for the visit!

Seems renovated recently, but they skipped the bath, that's why I gave it a 4*. Free hot breakfast (earlier warmer;-), and the staff was super friendly.

My only complaint would be the parking. I appreciate the private parking in the back of the building but we were not given instructions on how to exit the parking space and that the exit road was one-way there are no noticeable indicators of the road being one-way. Other then that very satisfied will be staying there often.

We apprecited her going above and beyond and her very welcoming manner along with her positive attitude! Thank you Lekisha Lewis, you made our stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable!! We would absolutely book here again solely due to her amazing customer service!!
