  I requested to cancel my reservation 18hours before my arrival due the inclement weather overnight and poor road conditions. Management team only responded when was almost time to check out and still charged my card more then $200 of fees. I hope that would beneficial they're revenue!

  Prime location for those traveling through the area. Clean, comfortable rooms in excellent condition. Service was top notch with friendly positive experiences with the entire staff from the front desk agents to the housekeepers.

  The cleaning crew uses a very strong smelling cleaning product. The smell when we opened our room door was assaulting. We had to leave the windows wide open for over an hour in order to be in the room without an allergic reaction. Even then the smell lingered so we left the window open all night. Maybe the scent is being used to mask some other smell. Bathroom floor was sticky, (assumably from the cleaning product) and not clean. Lots of hair on the floor from previous guest. Bedroom spacious, and convenient to highway.

  Stayed at this Holiday Inn on several occasions with my husband. I never did intend to go back to this location but after all most two years I had to go back because I had to take my grandson skiing and it was about two miles away. This stay was really horrible! Before this visit,the linen on the bed was always smelly,once discharge was on the wall and it seems to have been on there for some time because it was dry on the wall,the house keeping supervisor clean it after I call her attention to it,a shoe print was in the ceiling as if someone killed an insect with the shoe, snack wrapper was stuck between the chair.On each occasion I had to clean the room myself on entering and before leaving,I pull all the sheets off even the clean towels I put them with the dirty ones so they couldn't use them for another guess,like they did to us. On this occasion the 12/12/25-12/13/25,room 321,the sofa bed was dirty also had a sheet on when we pulled it out, the manager said the sheet shouldn't have been on the bed either, the extra sheets in the closet were dirty smelling like sweat.The day of my checking out I realize I started developing a rash on my face which maybe cause from the dirty pillow I do have before and after pictures of my face to show I did not enter holiday inn with a rash.I left a complaint with the head office and also call the manager at the location.The final decision that the Sales Director,Anthony Murano made to My Husband in an email was, it's best for everyone's interest for us to consider alternative accommodations that may better meet our expectations next time. Up on reading the other reviews we weren't the only guess that had this issue.At no given time was I or my Husband or grandson disrespectful to anyone of their workers or guess. Because I'm not a nasty person I complain whenever I have a need,even on one occasion I was having sex with my husband because we had extended our stay for another day and they did not inform the house cleaning person and they open the door without knocking, they ended up giving us some points which we did not need because we never use those points whenever we're booking. Instead of correcting the problem they ask us not to come back.
