If you book a room on line & state you want a first floor room; upon checking in they suggest you call for this request. They are incompetent to read online request.

Rooms were clean. Service was good in most cases. Breakfast was above average. Location was good for our needs but no restaurants within walking distance. Priced high due to football weekend.

This hotel was nice, with the hotel staff being very friendly every step of the way. The complimentary breakfast was very good in my opinion and offered a nice, wide selection from 6-10 which is a generous time frame. The beds are comfortable- I slept great! I always take my own pillow everywhere I go, but the hotel pillows are all very soft. I'm not sure if they have any selection you may ask for from the staff? If you like a firmer pillow I suggest putting a folded towel or two inside the pillowcase if you don't bring your own and like a firmer pillow. Bathroom was clean. Door on bathroom was a little bit hard to open and close but nothing I couldn't manage. I was on the 4th floor if that makes any difference (?) The carpeting is ok. There are TONS of outlets in the bathrooms and room. The sheer curtains were ripped (not a big deal). The refrigerator was nice and cold. No microwave in room. (Not sure why they stopped doing this (?) "Credit card" key worked well to get into room (I know in the past, I stood outside of hotel rooms and waited and waited trying to get those darn things to open the door to no avail!) TV is nice and big with nice selection of channels. Handsoaps/lotion/shampoo/constioner/bodywash all smell the same and have a clean smell and "ZERO" brand. See photo 🙂

Having to make a U-turn in sometimes heavy traffic, at a dangerous intersection, is not ideal.

Bathrooms have a cheap sliding door so you hear EVERYTHING when someone's using it. And the outlets near the beds are loose and don't work. If you're gonna stay, don't have a roomate.
