Needless to say, even though it seems there was an unusual amount of children at the time (I love kids, but sometimes they can get excited and loud!) this Hampton Inn did an awesome job of appropriately assigning guests in a way that I actually only was surprised downstairs by how many were staying! I was very impressed honestly... Would definitely stay again... Also only 12-15 minutes from Stadium and downtown.. 10 stars if I could!

I discussed with the front desk we would need a QUIET room due to needing a good night rest before heading to hospital at 5:30AM. Was told this wasn't an issue because of low occupancy on that night. Unfortunately a very noisy group was placed right next to us which had fun till 2-3 AM. The morning desk attendant pushed off our complaints, thought we needed to know their policy and police their hotel. Manager returned our call echoing the "policy" of her employee. I never received their handbook, I am not an employee. Worst Hampton Inn, Thanks for the quiet room as promised.
