    Location is phenomenal, my view has the river. Walking distance to a lot of shopping, the stacks, and places to eat. As for the room, although it wasn't the best upon arrival, Danieal (front desk) came immediately and addressed the issue. She went above and beyond including cleaning things housekeeping didn't, made sure my son was comfortable with the stay, greeted everyone with a big smile upon arrival and exiting of the building! No other worker said anything to us. Complimentary breakfast was delicious!

    Checked in on 12-6 with my sister and three young children. We had a 2 Queen Suite with a pull out sofa. We checked in later, around 7pm after visiting Kennywood's Holiday Lights. When we got to our room, there was a damp spot on the carpet between the beds which was poorly cleaned vomit. There was also splatter on the wall beside the bed, and behind the side table. The room smelled like vomit, and my sister stepped in the pile. We called the front desk, and they offered to clean it (eww), or give us a new room, we opted for the new room, but it was a smaller room, only 2 Queen beds, no pull out, so we all squeezed into the two beds for the night. Was still charged $216.60 for the smaller room, despite the website showing rates as low as $120 before fees/taxes. My sister came down with a stomach bug the next day. Will never be staying here again, and could not recommend despite the great location. It's a shame.

    Worst Hilton experience I've ever had. The person who gave me my room must've not liked me for some reason because my room was awful. Very dirty with stains on everything. The rooms were very hot (somehow? It's December) so I needed to use the AC which was as loud as a lawnmower. I could not sleep with it on OR off. It sounded very broken (see video). Doors do not work properly and are extremely difficult to open. And to top it all off I had a couple arguing so loudly that it felt like they were in my room at 3 am. Luckily, the late night staff gave me another room which was much better. But that begs the question, why didn't they give me the decent room from the beginning?
