  Room 109 is a gem. Yesenia was an amazing cocktail server and had great recommendations for us. we had an amazing first visit! highly recommend and we will be back :)

  Loved the whole experience. The staff is totally top notch, especially Joshua!! Everyone made you feel seen & important. It was a fabulous hotel for the wedding guests. Amenities were great!

  The customer service at hotel indigo is excellent. The Ladies working check in and the cafe on Sunday morning, 3.1, went beyond help. My son and I dropped a glass juice bottle in the lobby. The staff immediately jumped in to help clear the glass and spillage. They also grabbed my personal items and cleared as much juice off of those things too. I wish I had their names..Angie and Alanis were the 2 names I caught but the check in manager jumped in to help as well! Great experience. Beautiful rooms. Delicious restaurant food. Parking right next door. Downtown location perfect for walkability. We will return.

  Even though I didn’t stay at the hotel, my girlfriend and I have visited the speakeasy at Hotel Indigo (Room 109) many, many times — especially for their different holiday-themed events — and it’s become one of our favorite spots. Room 109 is such an awesome, cozy speakeasy with a really intimate vibe. The atmosphere feels tucked away and special, which makes every visit feel like a little experience instead of just grabbing drinks somewhere. The cocktails are exceptional — creative, well-balanced, and consistently made perfectly. You can tell a lot of thought goes into both the drinks and the themes for each event. Every time we’ve gone, it’s been a great night. If you’re looking for a unique date night spot or a fun themed event with incredible drinks, this place absolutely delivers.

  Chose this hotel to attend the Performing Arts Center event which was basically around the corner. Located smack in the middle of Downtown with everything we wanted to do within walking distance. Parking was steps away inside a nice 6 level well lit garage 2nd floor (Hotel Indigo signs) for $10/day and validated by the hotel front desk for in/out privileges. Check in/Check out was made smooth by Ms. Clarifer. She always has a smile and courteous attitude when passing through the lobby. The hotel reached out to us prior to arrival to make sure our room was ready prior to our estimated arrival (amazing) and it was. Appreciate the hotel text followups by Ms. Clarifer and Mr. Josh. The Room was super clean and very modern like other Hotel Indigo's we stayed. Loved the portraits throughout the room and hotel floor. A bit pricey, but, you get what you pay for. The room had everything we needed to be comfortable in addition to our own travel supplies. The fresh fruit flavored water in the lobby was refreshing and a plus. We were on the move daily exploring so didn't spend time in the convenient hotel restaurants or basement hangout. Locally I recommend checking out the OPA Taverna restaurant, Oola Bowls, Crisp Chikin', and Limoncello. All within walking distance. This IHG hotel should offer points for clients who go green on housekeeping services, and maybe an opportunity to get a refund in points if you pay for breakfast in the room rate and don't make it for whatever reason. The water pressure on the bathroom sink could have been higher, and a bit warmer. Other than that highly recommend giving this facility an opportunity to earn your next stay.
