- KZKim Zaleta2 days ago5.0Review for Room 109 hotel bar. This is a great bar if you want an intimate atmosphere with creative and delicious drinks! They do a lot of holiday pop-ups, so it is also great for a photo op. Sometimes there is a line, but it moves fairly quickly and is worth the wait.

The property is new and comfortable. It’s great to see such a hotel located in a small but vibrant town. Parking is $10/ nite and only a few steps away. We ate at the restaurant twice and thoroughly enjoyed that as well. It complements the hotel perfectly. We look forward to our next stay. Even though the hotel is somewhat out of the way from places we need to visit in the area, it is well worth it.

Lots of room to store luggage and toiletries. Beds were cozy. Very clean. Great location for sightseeing or night on the town. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. I will return!

We decided to stay at the Indigo the night of the annual West Chester Christmas parade so we could check it out and avoid the traffic and parking nightmare that the parade brings. We had a super experience. The building is new and is in great shape. For a boutique hotel, they offer great amenities including a cozy lobby, fun speakeasy bar, coffee shop, and an excellent restaurant. The hotel is right in the center of the Borough of West Chester with dozens of shops, restaurants and bars in easy walking distance. The staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. This hotel fills a need in West Chester and helps elevate the downtown area. I will recommend it to out of town friends and family when they visit the area.

The team made my stay a memorable one and one I look forward to experiencing again. The location is very convenient to the parking garage next door and several restaurants and stores within walking distance. The town itself gives off those Hallmark movie vibes with the holiday decorations and boutique stores. I had never been to West Chester but it is now on my grid of places to return, especially with Hotel Indigo. Thank you!
