Completely overpriced for being so far outside of Philly. Front desk seemed very unorganized and in over their heads from the time we booked. It was only ok, hopefully they get it together.

We had several maintenance issues that weren't show stoppers but were annoying. The individual that brought a bottle of wine to our room was required to open it for us, but was not trained to do so. The decor was nice and the room had quite a bit of space.

First off, your staff is incredible. Joshua and Angie are welcoming, warm, accommodating and patient. I felt like every interaction over the three days my family was there they were so genuine and friendly. I checked in exhausted and lugging too many bags and two overtired young children and was immediately brought down from a place of overstimulation and exhaustion. Rooms are beautiful. Restaurant downstairs excellent. Checkin and out simple. Parking felt complicated until I got there and even that was cake. Location is truly perfect. I cannot say better things about my stay here. Next time I hope to make it to the speakeasy, which I heard is great. Will absolutely stay again.
