In a stressful situation due to late arrival from weather she made it a enjoyable experience. I love the advanced technology of the TV. The pool was warm so myself and children could all enjoy time without freezing. Breakfast was good and the room was clean , beds and pillows were comfortable. Even during checkout the front desk representative was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying here to others and will stay in the future.

The hotel and rooms were super clean, the complimentary breakfast was great, and the room had a shower/bath combo which was nice. About a 10 minute drive from downtown West Chester. Would highly recommend this hotel!
