We have found this location always clean with a very kind and helpful service team. We are a big family that needs to reserve several rooms and we have all felt comfortable here and welcomed. We are that family that will forget a toothbrush, razor or need more pillows and blankets and and the service team was always quick to help us out with a smile. We have used the exercise room and have always appreciated the breakfast. I did give a 4 star review for service only because we could start to notice the difference in the quality of food but that fault rests in the hands of Hilton Hotels and the food service companies they contract with.

The dunkin and the other stores were nice to have within walking distance. Lastly, Sharon and her staff were incredible with their accommodations and were very friendly.
