    We stayed here while having some repairs done at our house. It was very clean, the rooms are big, nice beds, very quiet, and the staff was great. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area.

    El hotel está completamente renovado. Muy nuevo, limpio. Las habitaciones son grandes y muy bien equipadas. Es un hotel económico, el desayuno es justo. Por el precio es realmente espectacular

    Stayed here multiple times since becoming a Hilton property. Clean rooms. Lots of towels provided. Shampoo / Body wash dispensers. Smart TV with Cinemax channels. Bed is super comfortable with clean lines and down comforter. Really the only gripe is the thermostat. They just need to remove the energy efficient settings and let the control be determined 100% by the user. I like to have the fan on constantly.

    My family and I were considering a few houses in the area and didn’t want to drive back home for 4.5 hours. So, we decided to stay at this hotel for the night. That was our first mistake. As soon as we arrived, there was no one at the front desk. I had to call them, and the front desk worker was rude. I asked if I could check in, and she acted like I was asking for a favor. She said there were no rooms available, which I highly doubted. There were no cars in the parking lot when we arrived. Despite my doubts, she continued to be rude and insisted that check-in was at 3 p.m. which was true, but I know some places, you can check in earlier if there are rooms available. I came back after 3 p.m., and she gave me another attitude. I don’t know what I was doing, but I think I was just checking into my room that I had paid for. In the end, I had to leave because of the rude staff. I will never stay here again or recommend this place. It’s called Spark, but there was no Spark. That’s why it got a 1-star rating.

    Well I booked a room to come visit family in the washington area from West Virginia, and was unable to enjoy Thanksgiving due to Uber and lyft both not having drivers in my area. I messaged the hotel to have my reservation switched to the following day, or another time if that was unavailable. Was told due to "the owners" rules this cant be done and I would be charged (and was charged) regardless. Being a previous Hilton employee i know the cancelation rules but due to circumstances outside of my control, this was something found out last minute which ultimately ruined my Thanksgiving and then this property kicking me while I was down was not a very Hilton thing to do! This has never happened to me at a Hilton OR Marriott property resort or budget. I called the property during the audit shift (11pm-7am) to have the phone answered by the General Manager who was not only rude but also not understanding at ALL, and at the same time placing all the blame on the owner of the property. The hotel was NOT sold out so they were not put out by my reservation not to mention i was planning on changing to another date at this property. After reading the terrible reviews it seems I may have dodged a bullet. I will be contacting hilton member services to see about a refund and will change my reservation to one of the other hilton properties next to this hotel. Im guessing they're understaffed, because the general manager told me she regularly works the night shift, and seeing as to how there should always be a general manager working during the day this seems odd to me. Seems like this is a property that just got their Hilton flag....and from the look and sound of things they won't have it very long with management like this and owners like this. Seems this property needs major staff work and due to this being a new property thats not a good sign! Hopefully the owner reads this review and corrects the issue so I can come back and leave a new and improved review, but I have a feeling this property has a rule like this because they NEED the money and theyre not getting it from good reviews or guest stays!
