- JRJohn Roberts5 days ago1.0Crickets!!!! Why does the clerk that checks out the customer even ask "how was your stay". My reply...not good. Again Crickets. I asked if she was serious about "how was your stay"? I then informed the clerk that I was told (by a representative of your hotel) that I was getting one of the remodeled rooms. If so, it was a bare bones "remodel" The carpet had been replaced, the tile in the bathroom appeared new. The furniture was worn. The bed was not firm. The bathroom vanity was cocked sideways. The bathtub was horrible, puddy filled cracks. Not to mention the two distinctly different HAIRS. The shower curtain had a burn hole in it. The sheer window curtain had pasta sauce stains. I could go on..... I'm a Diamond member. I felt like a client at the Motel 6. The clerk assured us that we would get a call from the manager. No phone call, no email, nothing. Crickets!

The hotel is clean and my room was absolutely amazing and spacious. Comfortable bed. Coffee is always available and fresh. The breakfast is great quality. I was accommodated a quieter room and I was very happy. Great amenities and prime location. I highly recommend this hotel!
