Hotel was currently under renovation. Checkin was lackluster, no information was provided by staff, no acknowledgement of diamond status. Layout of hotel meant front desk was upstairs a rooms were around a long corridor. No microwave in th rooms.

Came in for a Valentine’s get away. We were very happy with our choice to stay. We loved the shuttle service to the casino. Also we enjoyed the breakfast Sunday morning. Food was great and service was wonderful. We also received a rose a check in which was a nice touch. We will be back the next time we want to gamble and relax.

We were out of heat at our house and we stay for a few nights this past week. So many nice staff people that made us feel right at home. We were washing laundry and an employee offered to dry our clothes for us. We felt very taken care of the rooms are very nice and you won’t leave without feeling cared for. Appreciate all the kindness!

This hotel is one of the better hotels I've stayed at in Washington, PA. The staff is super friendly; the rooms are newly renovated and nice! They have a shuttle up to the casino and maxwell's food is great. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a home away from home.

The rooms were very clean, that was the good part. They seem to be doing alot of construction, so things do look not put together. They gave me a warm cookie when I checked in, that was a positive. The receptionist was nice. One negative would be, they were out of toothpaste. There is a winter storm outside, so I had to drive to Target. The price of the hotel is quite inflated compared to alot of other hotels in the area, so, the toothpaste did make it feel like they value the importance of the small conveniences for people staying with them. Overall, the cleanliness would be the reason this hotel is possibly worth the cost. The room was also advertised as having a full kitchen, it had a mini fridge and a coffee maker. I had to adjust meals due not having a microwave. Update: the whole floor smelled like weed. There was to attempt to shovel, I slipped and hurt my back and hip, I will see a doctor tomorrow. If you want anything more then a red roof in, don't choose this place. Update: 3 hours later still not shoveled. This door does not lock. Very dangerous. Very worried about being robbed. Everyone in the street has access to this hotel
