Hotel was outdated. The maids don’t clean unless you ask them to and when they do there doing a poor job. Other than the front desk agent every one else has a poor attitude. The place is honestly 0 stars if it wasn’t for the wonderful front desk agents.

Property was undergoing renovation - my room was renovated and nice. Bedding was upgraded and very nice. Public space was very dated. Banquet space may have been updated but was not cleaned prior to event. The mirrors were dirty and I didn’t trust the rest of the room to be clean.

Totally shocked when I used the room key to open the door and it was clearly a room someone was in. Not convenient to get to the elevators. No food or bar were available during my stay. And unfortunately when I was checking out the person at the desk didn't even look at me and grab my key off the counter. Highly disappointed

How Hilton allows doubletree properties to drag down their brand baffles me. If they don't have the standard Hilton amenities, WHY ARE THEY ALLOWED TO CALL THEMSELVES HILTON HOTELS??? Now this particular property, one of the worst to call itself a doubletree. As a quick aside, why is EVERY DOUBLETREE IN THE US UNDER CONSTRUCTION?? Maybe all of this is on me for booking this crappy chain in the first place (don't worry doubletree, won't make that mistake again, they're below Hampton inn in my list now). Did you want a well lit, well maintained parking lot, where you don't feel like you'll be mugged unloading your bags? Shouldn't have booked a doubletree. (On the other hand if you're into doing drugs/crime their parking lot is just what you've been searching for). Did you want to wheel your bags to an elevator without having to carry them down a flight of stairs? Shouldn't have booked a doubletree. Did you assume that paying for a room with 2 queen beds would mean more than 2 towels in the bathroom? Shouldn't have booked a doubletree. Did you want a quick, free breakfast like every other Hilton property? Sorry, best I can do is $20 a person for microwaved Sysco meals, shouldn't have booked a doubletree. Did you want walks thick enough so you don't hear every time someone in the adjacent rooms open or close their toilet lid? Shouldn't have booked a doubletree. Did you want a TV that wasn't manufactured when Netflix was still a DVD mailing service? Shouldn't have booked a doubletree. People, don't be like me don't book a doubletree

From the moment we booked our wedding at DoubleTree, we knew we were in good hands, and the experience exceeded all expectations. Danielle, our main coordinator, was truly a rockstar. She was incredible throughout the entire planning process, always available for meetings, quick to answer questions, and seamlessly coordinated with all our vendors. The venue itself was stunning, and the team ensured every detail was perfect. (We are business owners within the service industry) The food was amazing, and our guests raved about the chicken and salmon. The get-ready experience was exceptionally organized, which helped make the day stress-free and enjoyable. We were especially impressed with how the venue team managed the setup of our decorations, name cards, and ceremony chairs. Everything was exactly as we had envisioned—a complete dream. We are beyond grateful to the entire team at DoubleTree for making our wedding day so special and unforgettable. We highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a seamless and magical wedding experience. The hotel is undergoing renovations, every hotel does this over the years! People need to lighten up. If you hear noises, so what! Just move along.
