  This hotel was nice. Good location with a smooth check-in and excellent customer service. The room was nice, big, and clean. The included breakfast was good including the friendly attendant. We didn't utilize the pool or fitness center. I, unfortunately, would not stay here again. The bed was uncomfortably stiff and hard. I barely slept and kept waking up. I would compare the mattress to plywood with cardboard stacked on top with sheets and a comforter. Aside from the bed, everything else was great!

  Amazing pet friendly hotel. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff was so friendly and the breakfast was tasty! Easy on/off the turnpike, so we stayed both ways on our trip from WI to DC. Will be back!

  I LOVE this hotel. I travel for work a lot and have experienced lots of hotels. This is my favorite to come to because everyone is always so pleasant. The rooms are crisp and clean and everything is in good condition. They have direct tv, the beds are soft and it’s in a quieter area, so no outside noise. Always my go to in the Cranberry area!

  Where to begin? My shower did not have hot water for either of the two nights I stayed, even though I asked the front desk to have someone take a look at it after day one. That alone is unacceptable. I stayed in room 115 which shared a (thin) wall with the weight room, so I’d get woken up bright and early at 530 each morning to the TV blasting and people slamming their weights. It’s actually blaring right now as I type this. Room 115 is also ground level, and the bed is right next to the window. So I had exactly zero privacy if I wanted to have my blinds open. You can directly see me in my bed from the parking lot as you walk into the building. Room service never came to clean my room - I did not put a “do not disturb” sign up. The room was just… old. Drawers that don’t stay closed, constant creaking and groaning of the air unit. Staff was friendly enough but man, what an awful experience. I’ve had better experiences at the Super 8. Save yourself the headache and stay somewhere else.
