Management ghosted me while I was there and ended up lying to their corporate about my stay. You never tried to get me to another hotel or offered to comp my stay. I left on my own and went to Urgent care due to bug bites. Please be warned this place does not care about their customers.

However, when my mother and I arrived to our room, the floor was dirty and due to the bed being too high for my elderly mother I immediately pulled out the couch and there was something unidentifiable on the mattress (possibly mice droppings) and when I asked for a new mattress they brought one and then when they took the old mattress off there was dirt on the frame and they were going to simply put the new mattress on top of the dirt without washing it first. I had to say something for them to clean before putting it down. Then I had to ask for bedding as that wasn't in the room (It was a suite so you would think there would be extra bedding). After that happened, I was very excited to go swimming in the pool and when I arrived, the pool area was very steamy but the pool was actually cold and there was green slim around the entire pool so I didn't even get to swim as it was very dirty. The ONLY saving grace about this place was the breakfast as it was a good breakfast and variety of different options and it was in a good neighborhood. I would never stay here again and I was so disappointed by the service and the cleanliness of our room and the condition of the pool. I would not recommend this place.
