  When I got to the hotel after a 3 hour drive I was greeted by a very rude staff member at the front desk named Madison she said that the pool was closed in a stuck up tone of voice and was extremely bad mannered as she was on her tablet playing games and was visibly annoyed that she had to check us in. Shortly after I got into the hotel I realized my bathroom door had a lock that did not work. On the second day of my visit the pool and jacuzzi was finally open but the water in the jacuzzi water was lukewarm this made me very let down because I was looking forward to a hot and relaxing jacuzzi and this was just not it.The experience I had at this hotel was terrible and I would highly recommend not going to this hotel.

  I was very disgusted with this hotel. To start I discovered my pull out bed had a strangers pubic hair in it. Also there was no pillow case for my pillow. We asked for a pillow case at the front desk and a rude employee named Madison kept questioning us and implying that we were lieing to her that there was no pillow case. She gave us a pillow case but was very disturbed that she had to get off her tablet and walk to house keeping. The first night I had no sleep due to loud unruly guests smoking Marijuana, banging and slamming on doors. Our room smelled strongly of pot smoke from these next door guests. Also the pool was closed which I was looking forward to after a long day. If you want relaxation and sleep do not book this hotel.

  I would give this hotel zero stars if I could. I do not recommend this hotel. As soon as my family checked we were treated by disrespect by a very rude front desk employee named Madison. She has very poor customer service skills and does not know how to respectfully speak to guests or address my concerns. Upon checking we found the pool was out of order. Madison did care whatsoever about our disappointment. She told us she could cancel and we can book somewhere else. We were told there was no manager available to speak the entire stay and kept getting the runaround everything we asked for a supervisor. We traveled 3 hours and chose this hotel because it had a pool. It was frustrating and upsetting to find it closed but made so much worse because of this rude and uncaring employee. Thanks for ruining my vacation for my children. Still never received any discounts or apologies just a sorry its an amenity no discounts for you. Holiday Inn of Warminster PA you have lost a valued customer.

  At first, I was happy with the hotel—it’s a nice property in a great location. The rooms are spacious and generally clean. My initial room had an issue with the AC not working, but the staff did move me promptly, which I appreciated. However, my stay took a turn that night. While trying to fall asleep, I heard consistent banging and movement noises. No idea where. Just as I was finally drifting off, I received a call from the front desk at 11 PM. I had to get up in a dark room to answer, only to be asked if I was the one banging —apparently another guest had reported my room number. I explained that I wasn’t and had no idea where the noise was coming from. Unfortunately, after that, I couldn’t fall back asleep easily, and it made for a pretty rough night. I normally have trouble sleeping as it is so definitely not a great experience being woken up.

  The one star is for removing all coffee makers from the rooms, and then lying about why when I questioned the removal. The woman at the from desk this morning stated that the coffee makers were removed because IHG ordered ALL hotels to remove them and use the new coffee makers in the breakfast room. So, I contacted IHG Guest Relations this evening and received the following response... "We apologize for the inconvenience. Some hotels may have removed the coffee makers as part of their in-room amenities, though not all properties have done so. This decision is made by the hotel management team and not directly by IHG. Each hotel may exercise its own discretion and decision regarding these matters. As I mentioned, some hotels may have removed coffee makers from their in-room amenities, while others continue to provide them." I hate liars, and this HI Express has lost a valued Platinum level customer.
