  Best breakfast out of all ingredients hotels I've stayed... Business manager is awesome and will make sure ur staying perfect... Beautiful hotel would recommend to everyone to stay Thanks for the great stay

  This was our third visit in the past year at this location. This is by far the nicest Holiday Inn Express I have stayed at. I was booked with a Friday check in and Sunday check out. Once I learned I did not need to stay Friday night, I ran in to a slight issue. I called the hotel the Monday before my visit and the woman I spoke to said I could not cancel Friday night because they were booked for the weekend. I asked if the cancelation policy changes when they are sold out. While she said no, she explained the system gets wonky and won’t allow her to cancel only Friday. She offered to send me a credit card authorization form so they can charge my card without my presence on Friday. I did not want to pay for a night I wasn’t staying at the hotel and I was within the cancelation period. My next plan was to cancel the room completely and stay elsewhere. This was disappointing because we really like this facility. Luckily, when calling back, I spoke to Hailey who was able to help me and was an absolute doll to work with. She made the necessary adjustments and it was a pleasant interaction. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Keyon who remembered our party from our prior visits. Again, a really great interaction and he was very kind and pleasant. He is so personable and he also greeted us with a welcome bag for reward members. This is a nice gesture from the hotel. Our overall stay was short but a great visit. The common area at this hotel is so nice To gather and talk with other guests. It’s a very clean hotel and the rooms are so spacious. We definitely plan to stay here again the next time we visit the area.

  Everything was overall was good. Room was clean, but it was a bit chilly (even though we had the thermostat at 74) breakfast options were very good. Mini omelettes, bacon, sausage, turkey sausage, potatoes, different breads, cinnamon rolls (the best), pancakes, cereal, fruit, juices, and the big plus that coffee and tea were available 24/7. The pool was cold but the hot tub was awesome! We will definitely come back.

  Our room was dirty upon entering. Bathroom had body hairs of previous guest(s) all over. Floors were dirty and sticky with who knows what. Spoke with multiple front desk staff who told me they couldn’t do anything and I need to talk to a Brianna who of course wasn’t there. Checked back to find out Brianna can’t do anything and now I need to talk with a Jack. Left a message with Jack. Waiting to hear back. And for all this greatness we had to pay over $200 a night and be told they couldn’t do anything because we booked on Expedia. Really?!? Never again. Thanks for your response Jack. And yes, you were given many chances to rectify the issue. 1. But apparantly there was no manager on site my entire stay who could handle the situation because the reservation was booked with Expedia. 2. You could have easily looked up my number based on the info left in the message and on the reservation. 3. I was told there was no other room that was available. 4. I was also told that someone could come and clean it but I couldn’t be given a time frame. After I had cleaned it up the best I could, at that point there was no need to deal with the one poor option I was presented with my entire stay.
