- LBLily Bow4 days ago2.0When I checked in and got to my room there was urine on the toilet seat (not even the rim of the bowl, but the actual part you sit on), gunk stuck to the comforter that looked like dried snot, and random hairs (different color and texture so definitely not mine) on the sheets and towels. More attention needs to be paid to cleaning between guests and in the laundry. I don’t like to complain because I know the people working here are human and things happen, but I also don’t want to have to clean a stranger’s urine off the seat before I sit down and I don’t like having to look over the bedding after a long drive before I lay down to make sure I won’t be snuggling up with a stranger’s snot and hair. Other than that, there was a bed for me to sleep in so that’s something.
