The staff were absolutely amazing from start to finish and went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were comfortable. As someone who uses a wheelchair, the room was perfect. It was spacious, accessible, and thoughtfully designed, which made a huge difference for me. The amenities were outstanding. There is a large heated pool that was the perfect temperature, complete with float toys for kids. They also have a hot tub, steam room, sauna, and a fully equipped gym with everything you could want, including free weights and a Peloton bike. The little touches really stood out. Fresh cookies were available every evening on a warming tray, along with hot cocoa, marshmallows, and crushed peppermints, in addition to the normal hot coffee and tea. The staff even texted me during my stay to ask how everything was going, and if I needed anything I could simply text the front desk. Any request I had was handled immediately. I travel to this area often for business and I also send employees here regularly. After this experience, this will be the hotel I recommend and book every time. Highly impressed and highly recommended.
