I had to go all the way downstairs to change that room upgrading me to a Jacuzzi when I filled up the Jacuzzi there was men’s sperm floating in the Jacuzzi. I took a shower when I took the towel to dry off I picked it up a bunch of hair and dust came out absolutely disgusting and then they wake me up at 7 o’clock in the morning and tell me that they lost my credit card information and they want me to come downstairs to give it to him again. I don’t know how the hell you guys have five stars unless you’re having your employees write your reviews disgusting rude ruined my entire day.

She appeared visibly sick, which was extremely unsanitary and concerning. I felt unsafe and left without finishing my meal. Sick staff should not handle food, or at minimum should wear a mask and follow basic hygiene. Food safety is critical, and this experience was disappointing. I hope management addresses this immediately.

The front desk staff, especially Anny, was friendly, welcoming, and dressed professionally, which made check-in smooth and pleasant. One thing I did notice was a woman with purple hair in the kitchen area who later went outside to smoke marijuana. I saw her and could smell it afterward, which felt a bit inappropriate given the family-friendly environment. Aside from that, everything else went well and the hotel was comfortable for a family stay.
