- SGSanthosh GeorgeFeb 22, 20263.0Overall good hotel. We stayed 2 nights and had 2 rooms. If you ask for nearby / adjacent rooms, they give you a hard time. One of the receptionist ladies was rude and didn’t want to help until I told her to stop saying NO to everything. Check in took half hour of wait even though we arrived close to the check in time. Their cleaning staff is kinda slow to turnover rooms. In general the staff was very supportive and courteous in all areas. Also when I told the front about the things not working in both rooms, they didn’t bother fixing it. Breakfast is kinda blah here. No scrambled eggs on either days. On one day it was just egg white with veggies! Space for breakfast area seating is limited and gets filled very fast. No one empties the garbage cans even though it is filled and overflowing in breakfast area. Rooms are ok but you could hear the noise of trucks and vehicles in nearby streets. Parking for cars is the WORST! Looks like they’ve rented out a good portion of the parking spaces for Pennsylvania Electric companies so every night there’s about 6-8 trucks in the parking lot. Combine that with the piles of snow in the other spots - good luck getting any spots after you come back from dinner.

- PRParvina RahmatulloevaFeb 16, 20265.0We had an amazing time in the hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious. The stuff is friendly and welcoming. The breakfast variety was great and yummy. Cherry on top the Maintenance guy Joe was super sweet and funny. Will definitely return again soon.

As we were leaving, my son was complaining how hungry he was, despite him just having eaten 30 minute prior on our ride over. A worker overheard us telling my son we’d be home in 20 and could have a snack then. He flagged me down and gave us snacks. This is the type of simple kindness the world needs. I do not know him name but want to extend my sincere thanks for the kind gesture.
