I had an inconvenience with my vehicle and everyone that was with me left me alone but the hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure that I was okay and they helped me get the situation resolved. Thank you so much Ciara, Melani, Jacob, and especially Francis, you all are truly amazing!!!

One room didn't have a fridge and management never got one to the room for the duration of the stay. Breakfast was way below par, instead of bacon or sausage, we got BBQ nibbles one day. I personally spend a minimum of 200 days a year in holiday inn express, and without a doubt this is the worst. Luckily booked one in easton after a few days and got out early. I previously stayed here and it was really good. Gone way down hill
