What I like: parking lot free/ lots of spaces Reception has mini buffet and 24h options to get coffee or tea. Pretty close to everything from skiing mountains to supermarkets or restaurants (vet office) wine store etc …. What I dislike: the breakfast are really bad No fruits choice just very ripe bananas Soup style of oatmeal with brown sugar and some nuts(well if you come at 9 am to eat good luck you get it) / you ask for more there is no more. Sorry The garbage was piling up/ no one came and take the trash out. Mess all over … Bread not much choice / same for the rest The eggs? If you can avoid it, you will do a favor to yourself! Potato’s were eatable. Waffles comes okay(again if you came later and there is no dough after 9am you won’t get it)! Tables were crooked / dirty and spinning around like roller coaster. The plates?? I won’t comment it, I will take a pic. The hotel should be 25% cheaper generally no matter is new year or regular day and more cleaner! It’s just messy … Coming back!? Nope

- LHLisa HamlinDec 21, 20252.0We stay in Hampton Inns a lot and this was definitely the worst experience. Walking in, we were immediately hit with an overwhelming smell of weed. It was on every floor which led me to think it was more the staff than the guests. I get it, it's around and you experience it here and there, but this was unavoidable in the whole place. The room was not clean. There was dirt piled up in the corners of the bathroom and I had to clean the toilet myself. At "breakfast" the food had almost all been put away by 9:30 but it said it ran until 10. There were others complaining about this as well. The tables were all filthy. I had to ask the gal at the front desk for a towel to clean them. Instead of calling for someone to wipe them, she gave me a dry washcloth. One group had left all of their trash on a table and when a guest mentioned it to a staff member he said, "what room are they in? I'm gonna go knock on their door. This ain't no restaurant." He proceeded to NOT clean it up and continued to remove all of the breakfast items from the buffet before it was time. The price of the room was ABSURD even for a clean room with actual helpful staff, but even more ridiculous for what we experienced. The only saving grace was that the surrounding town was very cute and with all the holiday lights and decorations made it a lovely place to mill around. I don't usually write bad reviews but this place was special. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
