From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. They were warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming to both people and pets, which made such a difference after a long drive. The hotel is spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable* Our room was spacious and well laid out, with plenty of room for our dog’s bed and bowls without feeling crowded. The beds were plush, the linens crisp, and everything smelled fresh and clean — clearly maintained with care. The bathroom was immaculate, with a great walk-in shower and high-quality amenities. We appreciated how pet-friendly the property was — walking areas were easy to access and well-lit, and other guests (and staff) were kind and understanding. Service was great and rooms very clean but the ACs are old and extremely loud and the rooms were never cold as if the AC didn’t work properly even if I lowered the temp to minimum. Also, those swimming classes in the swimming pool? It prevented us from using the pool freely at the only time we actually had available to use them. It’s like you have to stay in one little corner not to interrupt. It makes the experience a little unpleasant.
