  Stayed here recently while we visited Camelback Mountain. Everything was great including the room, service and free breakfast. It's only a 15 min drive over the mountain as well.

  I cant express enough about this hotel and their staff. Especially Sarah. They are compassionate kind and caring. I was put in a unexpected situation and was invited with open arms. Sarah helped me make sure I was safe and okay for the night. I have stayed here several times for business and would recommend to anyone looking for a amazing hotel. Clean friendly and great breakfast in the morning. Thank you to Sarah and the Hampton Inn and suites. Your team is amazing!!

  During our stay, we experienced treatment that we believe constituted discrimination. We were falsely accused, assessed unauthorized charges, and assigned a room that was not properly cleaned upon arrival. After checkout, hotel staff enforced policies that were not applied to other guests, resulting in unequal treatment. When we formally requested video evidence to substantiate the accusations made against us, the hotel issued a refund (suggesting acknowledgment of improper handling of the situation). Due to the seriousness of this experience, we have escalated this matter to the State Attorney General’s Office and the Office of Civil Rights for further review.

  My husband loved stating at this location for a short get away. I just thought the bathroom was that warm but we loved the size. we will be returning in the future at this location. i would recommend stating at this location.

  Rooms are okay. For the price we paid I was expecting something better, but was new year time so definitely it was higher. What I like: parking lot free/ lots of spaces Reception has mini buffet and 24h options to get coffee or tea. Pretty close to everything from skiing mountains to supermarkets or restaurants (vet office) wine store etc …. What I dislike: the breakfast are really bad No fruits choice just very ripe bananas Soup style of oatmeal with brown sugar and some nuts(well if you come at 9 am to eat good luck you get it) / you ask for more there is no more. Sorry The garbage was piling up/ no one came and take the trash out. Mess all over … Bread not much choice / same for the rest The eggs? If you can avoid it, you will do a favor to yourself! Potato’s were eatable. Waffles comes okay(again if you came later and there is no dough after 9am you won’t get it)! Tables were crooked / dirty and spinning around like roller coaster. The plates?? I won’t comment it, I will take a pic. The hotel should be 25% cheaper generally no matter is new year or regular day and more cleaner! It’s just messy … Coming back!? Nope
