We enjoyed the hotel's amenities like the indoor pool 9am-10pm (good size) and fitness room (has water cooler). They offer complimentary breakfast (6-9am) in the morning. They had sausage patty, sausage link, scrambled eggs, omelet, yogurt, baked goods (bagel, muffins), juice (orange juice and cranberry juice), milk and self serve pancake station. I would recommend skipping orange juice, it had a strange plastic taste). The room was clean and area to eat and work laptop. I would strongly recommend coming here.

The fitness center is equipped with working weights and treadmills. The water is hot and the towels and bed sheets are crispy white. It’s a good place to stay while watching Noah at Sight and Sound Theater.

The lobby was clean and welcoming. No issues with check in - the staff was friendly. Quick and quiet elevator. Clean hallways to/from the room. The room was larger than expected and had all amenities needed for my stay. Quiet room also - there were other people staying in rooms nearby but didn't hear them once. The only real sound heard was outside from the occasional horse and buggy passing by, which was a pleasant sound. 24 hr. coffee machine on first floor was a plus, and it wasn't the standard pre-made coffee in a pump type dispenser either. I liked that it grounded the coffee beans first, then dispensed hot into the cup. I used this machine often at different times of the day. Each cup was delicious with consistent flavor. Lots of breakfast options and delicious iced cinnamon rolls. Cannot forget the pancakes at a push of a button. I didn't enjoy the gym or pool area, so cannot comment. Stairwells are warm, well lit, and carpeted (normally I'd go for a walk around the hotel after breakfast, but it was rainy and cold out, so decided to walk a few flights instead). I will admit, I was hesitant to stay at this hotel due to the reviews, but from my personal experience, everyone is different, and some guests are always expecting something different than described. I had no issues with my stay and yes, I would stay here again.
