  By far the worst service I have ever received. Was called the afternoon I was supposed to check in to be informed my room wasn't going to be ready that day. After calling every other local hotel to check availability and calling back to cancel my room, it was then magically ready. Upon my 3 day stay I was never given fresh towel, never had house keeping come by once. Bathroom light didn't work at all. Lights in the room were burnt out and flickering. Contacted customer service and after a month of fighting with them they offer a laughable $25 dollar voucher.

  This hotel is terrible it started with watching a bug boogy across the top of the bed so we switched rooms because of this and in our second room wich wasn't very clean either and then we realized that the door wich was supposed to be locked for security reasons wasn't locked anyone could access the inside of this hotel without a key card we told the people at the desk who said he would relay the message to the right person needless to say we where here for three nights and it still never got fixed the breakfast is supposed to be included as well there was only a hot breakfast one morning the sign said sorry for the inconvenience but it's gonna be a cold breakfast okay well they had no not one diabetic friendly food for breakfast at all so needless to say my sugar was terrible after breakfast down there also there is no elevator at all in this place definitely not handicap accessible at all really the only decent part truly was the pool being heated way to much chlorine in the hot tub definitely needs to be drained and scrubbed I don't know how the health department allows such negligence especially dealing with the public and people and there family's I don't recommend this hotel at all we will never stay here again lesson learned don't try saving a dollar just go to the holiday inn express we stayed there our first time out here we will definitely stay at the holiday Inn express next time out here in Pennsylvania

  Was a very nice clean and friendly little motel . The staff are very courteous and helpful compared to the best Westerns In my home town this one was top notch . Also very clean pool and hot tub . I see a lot of Karen's in the review comments u just can't please some people no matter what . I was here for 3 days and everything was nice and clean and it doesn't smell like sweat in the lobby

  This picture is not of our hotel. Great choice to base when visiting the National Apple Festival at the South Mountain Fairgrounds in Biglerville.

  We were traveling to Pittsburgh and too tired to make it the whole way. There is not much between Harrisburg and Bedford- we knew there was a college in Shippensburg so tried this Best western and we’re not disappointed. It was a bit off the turnpike, ( but co located with the college). It was clean, reasonably priced, staff was polite. The room was modern looking due to recent remodel. Shout out to Penny- the breakfast atten. She kept the tables and counters immaculate. Often community eating areas in hotels are not frequently cleaned. She was so pleasant. It’s nice to have a Friendly face and conversation when traveling. Would like to explore the are more in a future trip- would stop here again.
