    Every time I visit my dad in PA I stay at the Best Western Plus as it is 12 mins away from dad. It is very convenient, breakfast is included, the rooms are clean and all staff members that I have interacted with are very accommodating. Love to use the gym and there is a Diner in the same lot as the Hotel which is also a plus.

    This place was very poor all around! From the botched reservation to the stay itself! Will definitely be looking for other accommodations in the future

    West had a 2 night stay due to losing electricity at home and everything was wonderful. We have a golden retriever and they welcomed us with her. The rooms are very nice, clean, and cozy. Mike at the front desk helped us with everything we needed and was so nice to talk with! Definitely enjoyed our stay and willbreturn.

    I’m impressed with this BestWestern in Shillington . All ways feel welcome here as the employees are great especially Debra .I left my cell phone in the uber and she contacted my wife and had her call my cell and the driver answered her and brought it back to the hotel, this act of kindness saved me a lot of grief. Thanks Debra. I have stayed here many times in the last 3 years, the rooms are always clean and well kept with great breakfast. I feel like I am family when I stay here . Most employees at the desk have been here since I started staying here . Also thank you Kyle for making sure I have a place to stay when I come up to work at Ray Barton’s
