I booked a stay for December 26th and 27th (through Expedia had to cancel due to weather I emailed the property to notify them and try and work something out possibly get one night refunded never got a response back. I stay at better hotels because they are more professional and responsive not this time very disappointed expected better. They charged me for both nights and never got a reply back

Where ever I travel I choose Hilton because is clean and service is pleasant This time Choosing Pennsylvania Pocono Hilton hotel over charge you They didn’t tell the pool is out of service Hot tub was out of service… when I enter the room we need to deal with service 3 hours because the sink was clogged was very disturbing and having a cat made me crazy scared to don’t run away, breakfast is perfect but the waitress was unprofessional with extremely rude attitude it was beyond embarrassing me inside the cafe when I booked they didn’t mention about Hot tub or pool is out of service when I call about the service we were told “we apologize for the inconvenience but we don’t have answers when the pool will be open” staying for 4 days it was annoying. This was a bad choice never ever planning to go here again, very disappointed

The rooms are nice, great beds, Big TV. Except they do not have the new Hilton System that allows you to stream as well cable TV.
I probably would have given it 3 stars because they have a coffee shop that you can't get coffee at 10am on a Monday Morning which seems crazy to me. Also, the stuff in the snack shop can't be used towards your F&B credit as a diamond member.
The breakfast buffet made the best omelet ive ever had, and for $18.00 is the best deal around with great staff. So, for that reason its a clear 4 stars.
But, without being able to get a coffee - unless you brew it in your room - after 10am, I will likely have to pass in the future.

Great location, right off the highway. Parking is right next door for $16/night. The room is large but old with signs of wear and tear. The fridge in the room has a strong smell. Staffs are great. Breakfast is decent with all you can eat for $17, with a chef making pancakes and eggs/omelets to order.

After getting stuck in a severe ice storm in Pennsylvania while driving home from Rhode Island to North Carolina, my family was exhausted and stressed. From the moment we arrived, Diana and Nikki at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of.
Diana was incredibly thoughtful and proactive, making sure our room had a refrigerator and microwave so my family could properly settle in and meet our needs. Both Diana and Nikki showed genuine kindness, patience, and compassion during a situation that could have been overwhelming for us.
Their hospitality turned a difficult travel experience into one where we felt safe, supported, and truly cared for. This is the kind of service that leaves a lasting impression. Thank you, Diana and Nikki, for your exceptional customer service and humanity — it meant more than you know.
