Nice place, beautiful clean rooms. Hilton Honors were great accommodating a room for disabled, elderly family member. Front desk staff is lovely and have a warming invitation. Not much else to say. Hot tub was broken. Starbucks is fake. Not really a Starbucks. Breakfast cook has attitude, like he doesn't want to be here or working. Breakfast Buffet food is cold and old already at 645am when the open at 6am. Sausage gravy is water. NOT WORTH $40 . It is a shame, he and the morning experience ruined my stay. This was one of the last trips we will be taking to make sure my relative has wonderful experiences in his golden years. Customer service is important to me and others. After writing my final, in business and Customer service during college, brick and mortar vs future virtual service, and how customer service goes both ways between customer and service provider. This stay makes me not want to stay at another Hilton hotel. I will be removing my Honors membership and see what the future holds. Restaurants in Scranton area are lovely, delicious, very friendly and accommodating. Lots to do. Airbnb or Bed and Breakfast would be a better way to go in this lovely little town.

I held a couple conventions here with a local organization and everything was perfect. Food was great, rooms were clean, staff was very helpful from the planning to the end. I also attended other events here with various themes.

Booked a room Saturday to get the kids out of the house and let them swim since it's been so cold and they've been stuck in the house. The pool was literally like 120 degrees. I complained to the front desk and they sent the pool engineer to soposedly fix it. He came in tested the water and told me he wasn't sure how to lower the temp, he was going to call his boss. The next morning we went back to the pool in hopes that it was fixed and it was even hotter then the day before. My kids were in the pool for 5 mins and their faces were beat red. Worst experience. My kids were really bummed. Definitely waste of $180.
