  I had a really disappointing stay at Candlewood. The cleanliness was honestly unacceptable. The sheets and comforters looked like they hadn’t been properly washed. There were visible stains which made it really uncomfortable to sleep. The whole room just didn’t feel clean or well taken care of. When you’re staying at a hotel, basic hygiene should be the bare minimum, and this place completely missed the mark. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless they seriously improve their cleaning standards. The General Manager was careless after we told him our concerns about the blood and stains on our sheets. He did nothing about it.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The customer service was extremely poor, and the staff were not helpful or accommodating when concerns were brought to their attention. The room itself was unacceptable the bedding was dirty and had visible stains, which made me question the overall cleanliness of the hotel. For the price paid, I expected a much cleaner and more comfortable stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for decent service and a clean environment.

  Our experience started a little rough. My 1 year old, her mother and I, came in super late, but had a reservation online. When we got there to check in, Brittney had informed us they were all booked up and full for the night. She did an amazing job at showing her remorse for our situation, and went way above and beyond with helping us. She allowed us to wait inside the lobby to try to figure other plans, offered us drinks and a bathroom while we waited. Not long after we had figured another hotel, she had worked some kind of miracle, and found a room for us 3. Thank you again Brittney for your help that night, it means so so much to me and my family. We cannot thank you enough, and we will be back again. Just to top it all off, the room was magnificent. The night turned out absolutely amazing thanks to Brittney!!

  Nothing exciting. Outdated all around: rooms, computer systems, team training etc. The front desk attendant couldn’t find my reservation and argued that it’s for a different date albeit showing her a confirmation. Spent 15 unnecessary minutes at 4am trying to get to my room. Finally, she gave me a key card, only to cancel my reservation the next day after I had already left. A mess.
